[Resolved] Purplle.com — delivery which I've not received after prepaid payment | |||
I placed order on 24th september'19 from purplle app and on 28th september'19 i received a mail that my order was delivered but i have not received any product. My payment was prepaid of rs552/-. Even after so many mails and calls i have no response from other side. When i checked my tracking details in dept i see that my product never came to my city and delivered in other city. For proof of this i'm attaching the picture of delivery status that i live in surat and it was delivered in rajasthan so do check. Shipment was about to come from xpressbees. When you call them its always busy. And have received no help from them through mails.
If you can't deliver a product atleast return my money
