[Resolved] Purplle.com — delivery which I've not received after prepaid payment | |||
I placed order on 24th september'19 from purplle app and on 28th september'19 i received a mail that my order was delivered but i have not received any product. My payment was prepaid of rs552/-. Even after so many mails and calls i have no response from other side. When i checked my tracking details in dept i see that my product never came to my city and delivered in other city. For proof of this i'm attaching the picture of delivery status that i live in surat and it was delivered in rajasthan so do check. Shipment was about to come from xpressbees.
