[Resolved] Purplle.com — I didn't received my order yet | |||
I have ordered two items on purplle.com with orderid [protected] on 26 april, 2018. They have dispatched them by xpressbees on 26-04-18. While tracking the shipment, it shows the expected delivery of the product is on 01-05-18. But, till today i have not received any phone call/information regarding the same. Each time i try to contact purplle they keep saying they will do their best and i'm tired of hearing the same thing over and over. This is the worst service i have seen till today. There is no xpressbees courier office in hospet. I have called xpressbees regarding this. They are saying we will deliver it by today/tomorrow every time but failed to do so. They have given a mobile number. When i call him, he didn't answer my call. This is not at all acceptable. It's the worst service i have ever seen. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 10, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I have complained yesterday and today they have delivered my parcel at my home. Purplle.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
