[Resolved] Purplle.com — order delivery | |||||
I have ordered two items on purplle.com with orderid [protected] on nov 20, 2017. They have dispatched them by xpressbees with tracking id[protected] on 21-11-17. While tracking the shipment, it shows the product reached my place on 25-11-17. But, till today i have not received any phone call/information regarding the same. Each time i try to contact purplle they keep saying they will do their best and i'm tired of hearing the same thing over and over. This is the worst service i have seen till today. There is no xpressbees courier office in hospet. I have called xpressbees regarding this. They are saying we will deliver it by today/tomorrow every time but failed to do so. They have given a mobile number. When i call him, he says i am not in that courier right now. This is not at all acceptable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
