[Resolved] Purplle.com — order not delivered and showing as delivered | |||
I had ordered from www.purplle.com some products worth rs. 587/- via order no. [protected] on 29th august 2019. My order was shipped via xpressbees logistics via shipment awb no.[protected]. On 1st september the order was out for delivery as per the status of xpressbees. At night i received the message stating that your order was delivered and when i checked on the xpressbees website it said that the order was received by me itself. However no such order was delivered to me. I did not receive any order. Also i am trying to call purplle and xpressbees but both the calls are not connecting. Kindly refund me my money or get my order delivered Was this information helpful? | |||
