Dear Consumer complaints
We checked the details of the customer's order - [protected], which was placed and dispatched on[protected]. This order was successfully delivered on[protected] by the Xpressbees courier partner with the tracking id - AWB[protected].
We have received the complaint from the customer end, that the order was marked delivered but the customer did not receive - on[protected], so we have shared the proof of delivery signature to the customer to verify hence waiting for the customer's confirmation. Also, we have escalated to our Courier partner to connect with the customer on a priority.
The customer has confirmed to us 1 hour back the initials on POD doesn't belong to her or her family so we have escalated it to the Xpressbees courier partner and informed the same to the customer that they will contact her for delivery and investigation in 1-2 working days as per the procedure. If her order is not delivered to her within the given timeline, we will refund her amount paid.
