[Resolved] Purplle.com — Poor service by purplle avoid purchase from the site | |||
I had ordered through site on dated 01.03.2016 and order number was [protected]. First they had not message of shipment details through mail/SMS. After getting follow up they provide me details Since last four days they are assuring product will be delivered in next 24-48 days, which is not happened. Even their senior guys Mr Abhijit assured two days back for assurance of delivery. every time their customer care assure "you will get call in half an hour" but fails to do. It is very cheap online service/Cheap delivery partner(DOTZOT) who don't care their customers and no professionalism. Avoid purchase from this site.
