Purplle.com — Refund denied
I had initiated return of products received under the above mentioned order id on account of receipt of damaged goods. The delivery box and the products were damaged. I was told to provide some pictures again via email through the link provided by purplle. But I didn’t receive the mail maybe due to some technical glitch so the customer support executive asked me to get my registered email id changed and place a new return request. So as per his suggestion I got my registered email id changed. But the second time as well I wasn’t able to receive the mail which purplle was sending me to provide additional pictures so I had to get my return request cancelled second time as well and place return request the third time. So due to all this I got a call from purplle customer support mentioning that since I have placed multiple return requests from multiple email ids so the system is not accepting it and hence my return request has been rejected. I want to return all products received under the above mentioned order id since all the products are damaged and the delivery package was damaged too. I have not initiated any return from the account having registered number [protected]. This is the first time I’m trying to return a product from this account. And the reason which I was provided that I have got my registered email id changed so that was suggested to me and done by purplle customer support executive due to which I’m suffering.
