I was order some item on 7 July, expected delivery date is 12 July but today is 26 july but my order are not received. i thing i was order prepaid that's way purplle and courier partner no buddy intrastate about my order.
very very bad service both Purplle.com and Ecom Express.

also i was 3 times call to purplle help line and all time its employees said wi8 for 3 days. but till now no result.

    I can't imagine purplle send me date over products bcus of them my skin started burning n I got lots of issues into my face I can't imagine why they do this why they don't do their work properly I will never buy anything from purplle now I see lots of changes into my skin lots of pimples...         My product is missing from my order.. 1 ltr shampoo is missing and the delivery boy take money of all the products... full payment of 844 is done by me... But when I open the box the shampoo was missing from it... Then I raise the query but nothing resolved... I want my query to be Solve..plz as soon as possible please resolve my query and redispatch the products..

          Still my prepaid order is undelivered to me and one week ago Purplle sent me message that it is delivered to me but it is never delivered to me. Purplle delivery person never conatcted me and Purplle delivery person never delivered to me my prepaid order. And Purplle is now neither returning my money nor sending products so that it can be delivered to me now. Four days ago they informed me that delivery person gave my prepaid order somewhere else to someone else. But still Purplle is not returning my money and also not sending products to be delivered to me. It can be legally proved that delivery person never contacted me and just telling lies. Purplle did fraud to me. I regret that I trusted Purplle and I placed prepaid order. Innocent honest customers like us trust and honestly place prepaid order but I am very disappointed they do fraud with innocent customers like us. Legal actions should be taken against this kind of fraud.

          Right now I received call from Purplle delivery person that after one hour he will deliver to me my order. And delivery person said that on 13th April 2022 he delivered my prepaid order to someone else so today he will deliver to me my order. I hope he will deliver today. I will update after receiving my order.

          Today first time ever delivery person called me on my phone number.
          Today it's 19 April 2022 and it's 05:18 PM.
          Today 04:05 PM He (Delivery person) called me on my phone number and he said to me that on 13 April 2022 he delivered my order to someone else somewhere else and today he will give me my order. He said to me that after 1 hour I will deliver your order to you. It's 17:18 right now. I will update after receiving my order from him. I will also update if not delivered to me today.

          Today 17:40 delivery person delivered to me my order. I received two out of three products. My free sample sachet is not inside the box that I received. I received only leaflet of sachet but there is no sachet inside the leaflet.

            Delivery person never contacted me and I did not receive prepaid order that I placed. I got message that my order is delivered but it is not delivered to me. Purplle showing that my prepaid order is delivered but it is not. Please return my money or deliver to my prepaid order products. I also tried to contact purplle customer care but I have not received any response.

            Three hours ago I received my order but packaging was tampered, it was already cut opened and one product is also missing in side the packaging box. I got only two out of three products.
            Today morning Purplle contacted me on call and also replied me in email that they will solve my issue. Today morning I talked to Purplle customer care they also said that the issue will be solved. Purplle said to me that Purplle raised a complaint with the courier partner to contact me for further investigation and delivery of order. And they will reach out to me on call and at the delivery address within 2-3 working days. And Purplle also said to me that they would positively work on it so that this instances are kept to a minimum.

                I had ordered on purple. I received it on 2nd March after one hour I requested to return it. I didn't know their return policy so the convenient thing I decided the quality material and less quantity. They rejected by saying that it's against our policy. Their customer care told me to request again and describe your problem. I told them that product is used and its paper seal is broken. I couldn't explain it very long. So again and again they are rejecting my request return request. While this is returnable and this is mentioned below the product. Still they didn't refund me. It was my first order on purplle so I didn't know that which type of subject and sub subject and photos they will select to return. Now they are saying that we will consider only first time photo. There was mentioned the front and barcode pic. So I send them the same. Now they are not ready to return it. Help me please I want my money back.

                They haven't returned the product. And again rejected the request by saying that we can't return under the like and dislike policy. Whereas I haven't said even a single time that I am returning it because I don't like.

                  I placed an order for few items from the purplle app. However after making payment, it showed verification pending and after few minutes it said "payment not confirmed" and order status failed. But money got debited from my bank account. How long before i get the money back?

                  The payment for Order 22926187 could not be confirmed; hence the order has been marked failed. If the amount is debited, It would reflect back in your source account in 2-4 working days but in certain cases, due to delay at the payee bank's end, it may take up to 7 working days.

                  Your order 22927753 and 22926207 was were dispatched on 27/02/2022 from our warehouse and is currently in transit. You will receive the shipment in 3 to 5 working days (Which excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays as the Courier partners don't operate).

                  You can also track the status of your order/shipment on our app/website by going to Profile >My orders > Select your order > Track shipment

                  If you have not received the amount in the given time frame, we request you to check the order status in case it is confirmed. If not, please contact your bank, for further assistance as the issuing bank may have declined the charge if the name or account details entered do not match the bank’s records.

                        I ordered a couple of things from purplle app . It was a prepaid order, I didn't even receive it yet got a message that my order is delivered.
                        This is so intolerable we trust then by paying in advance and this is how they provide services.
                        I request purplle to either refund to original payment method or deliver my order otherwise I am going to take a legal action on this matter.

                                As I already discuss with the purplle they showing me 2 gift in my cart one is freebie which is a lipstick of Maybelline and one is blue denim jeans nailpolish but after placing a order they send me only one gift nail polish and now again I m trying they show 2 different gift one freebie and one if we make first time shopping but they send only one with there own choice and now they said u choose only one but if there is a option then we'll definitely choose but actually in promotion we get both but they give only one gift either u r freebie or new customer or whatever.
                                Very disappointed this was my first and last and worst experience with purple I want my nail polish any how which was showing there.
                                Better than this we buy from Amazon or flipkart or myntra they are better and trustable sites.
                                I want my gift of nail polish any how.

                                This was the gift I get but in my order now I can't track it and they say we can't give u only get one then why they show 2 gift and gave option also to choose colour in ur 2nd one.

                                    While placing an order on 18th December, 2021 the amount got deducted from my Paytm wallet but the order status is shown failed on the website.
