Purplle.com Customer Care's response As we trace, we had initiated the refund on 12/03/2016. The refund is currently being processed. It requires 7 to 10 bank working days for the same to reflect in your account. As public holidays and Saturday and Sunday are non-working days, we request you to please allow us some time. Please be assured you will receive your refund within mention time frame.
