[Resolved] Purplle.com — return and refund of the products | |||||
I ordered 3lipsticks from under a special offer where i got 1lipstick as a freebie. I paid through mobikwik wallet. But when i received the products didn't found the colors same as in the website pictures. So i want to return this. But when i chose the return option it was told to call the customer care or send mail them regarding this. I tried so many times to call them on that no [protected] but the operator told that as a invalid no. I sent so many mails but didn't even give me a proper reply. I want to return the products along with freebie and want my money back. Please look into the matter Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 6, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved They called me and told that they have initiated the return process.after 5to6days of picking up of the product they will refund the money.lets see what will they do now. Purplle.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
