PVR Cinema — charged extra for 3d glasses

We went to watch 'spies in disguise 3d' in pvr cinemas, soul space arean, bangalore. After the cashier handed us the receipt we saw there were two receipt. One was for movie ticket. The other was for 3d glass. We initially thought that it would be refundable or we would be able to take it back home. After the movie got over, we were told that we have to return it and we wont get any refund. We wrote a mail to pvr and they said that it is refundable/non refundable as per cinema. This does not make any sense. I have attached photos of movie ticket, 3d glass charge, the bank message stating the amount that was debited and the reply from feedback
