PVR Cinemas — 4DX for movie Interstellar

I had booked a ticket for interstellar 4DX and after the i sat at the movie i asked the executives there and only then they conveyed it that interstellar 4DX movie has only seat motion and not the whole experience.This should have been told to us before booking the tickets as then I would've preferred 3D. And also the price of the tickets wasn't reduced which should've as the experience given was 1/3rd. Hence I will be raising complaint through consumer forum if my complaint isn't acknowledged or reached a resolution
