First of all i want to train the manager of pvr sion who doesnt have any sense about how to talk to the customer and the security staff is very rude regarding checking. We were 6 friends and 5 came before and 6th came late so when the 6th person came our 1frnd came on the gate to show the ticket but he was like we r 1extra and manager was very rude he should be fired from his job as he was warning us that he is calling the police so we said that we will complain against u for rude behaviour so he said that do whatever u want, like he was taking advantage of his post, actually he doesnt know what a customer can do especially us we have many political contacts too so we can easily fire him away so it will be better u do the following procedure yourself or else if we may do from our side something extra bad may happen legally. Hi, I have booked a ticket through pvr mobile app. While doing the payment progress and some error came and somehow got interrupted. The amount got debited from my account but ticket not booked..
Kindly resolve my issue and do the needful.
