I purchased Veg Dimsum 6N - Rs190 and Combo 450ml - Rs191.79 and small popcorn salted 40grm - Rs248.21, total amount was Rs630,
But at seat they given only 5N against 6N in Veg Dimsum.
After complaining to counter and Manager they said it was by mistake and said to refund money of Rs190.
My question why they did too big mistake, first I given Rs 190 for 6Pcs and after that I found only 5Pcs, how can they do this. They are playing with customers and our imitations. Please charge then penalty for this big mistake and justify us.
Due to I cheated with a big PVR company, I am mentally disturbed and my hole time and money which i was planned to spend for my family, all has gone worst experience of PVR.
