PVR Cinemas — Fraud on sitting arrangement and bad service.

I booked Chava 4 tickets G row Audi 2 which is available in prime not in classic and that’s why I paid extra money for that, but when I visited the theatre the row G was on classic not on prime and also chairs were not cleaned and with bad smell.
