[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — no refund for not giving bill

On 14 feb me and my husband watched gully boy at pvr sangam delhi 10:50 pm show and i ordered a combo of popcorn and 2 pepsi and he didnt gave us bill so acording to your terms and condition the bill is free if we dont get the bill but your manager was arguing nd taking side of your boy and gave us bill and later when we order paneer sandwich only one piece of paneer was there
According to your policy we should get the refund of not getting bill but we didnt receive your manger sunder was not taking any step according to your pvr policy
