PVR Cinemas — Not able to book tickets via pvr passport.

I attempted to book tickets for Deadpool 3 via your app today, intending to use my INOX PVR pass. However, I encountered an error stating that the pass is invalid.
I fulfilled all conditions for the 4Dx format on a weekday, yet I learned that the terms and conditions were updated on July 8. Why has this update not been reflected on your website or app, especially after 20 days (till 28th July from 8th July)?
Given this misleading information, I request either a full refund or the ability to book Deadpool 3 for July 29 at 1 PM at PVR Gandhi Path, Jaipur. I[censored]nresolved, I will consider filing a complaint with the consumer court for misleading practices.
