[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — not providing refund for a failed transaction | |||||
I have booked movie ticket for (Black prince) movie on 22 july at pvr mgf metropolitian mall, gurgaon. It was not booked in the first attempt but the amount 614 rs was deducted, in the second attempt the ticket was booked. Ideally, pvr should return the amount of first txn but its been giving excuses that they have not received money from the bank. My bank (Icici) provided me an evidence that the money is forwarded to the merchant for both the txn's. I have been following up with pvr cinemas since last 3 months but no use. I have already given them my bank statement which proved that the amount was deducted from my account. Requesting for you involvement to settle this with pvr.
