[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Online booking transaction failed but money got deducted.

I made an online booking via the PVR Cinemas app on November 3rd, 2020, and the payment was withdrawn from my account for Rs. 477.72/-, but the app did not finish the transaction - it stated that the transaction failed after taking the payment. The booking is also not visible in my account on their website. I tried calling their customer care number ([protected]) for a refund, but received no response. Was this information helpful? The booking is also not visible in my account on their website.

I tried calling their customer care number ([protected]) for a refund, but received no response.
