PVR Cinemas — Over charge and extra charge and forced charge

I bought the tickets for KGF2 today (24th April 2022) at PVR Bilaspur at Magneto mall.
I was charged Rs. 1020 for 2 tickets for premium plus saying that it we are getting add-ons amounting Rs. 300 free. However the same was included in the bill. I requested to delete that cost because I won't be availing the add-ons but my request was forcely denied.
I would request PVR cinemas to refund my add-ons charge of Rs.300. Please do the needful.
