Dated 25/Dec/2022, we booked online tickets for Avtar2 at PVR Cinema Grand High Street, Hinjewadi Pune Show Time: 7:00 PM. Before starting the cinema, we bought 1 regular cheese popcorn ( Amount: 200 Rs ) at the PVR cinema counter. The Payment was done two times via Gpay. I have attached the screenshot of the payments done with this complaint.
- We immediately reached out to manager telling him the payment is done two times. He did not refunded the money and just took the screenshot.
- During interval also we reached to same person and requested to refund. He told us it will be credited to our account in 24 Hours.
- We waited till 24 Hours, we did not received the refund. So we called him. He asked to wait till another 24 Hrs.
- Now again next 24 Hours are passed and still we did not received the refund.

But after done my payment i not get tranfer to new pvr page where i get my tickit. basically what i want to say that i have done my transaction but not get my tickit.
So i want money back or give me that tickit booked.
