i have booked two movie tickets of kalki movie in ahmedabad as i am new to ahmedabad city i dont know all theatre location by name so i booked tickets of kalki movie and theatre name ed pvr motera ahmedabad but when i used direction shown in pvr application under my bookings section they directed me in wrong direction and i reached there my using location given by pvr app and when i reac there i come to know that it is wrong theatre address they directed me to pvr acropolis thaltej which is very far from pvr moter so i lost my show and also my money i need my refund
inshort i have booked tickets of pvr motera and as i am new to city i used direction from pvr application but they give me wrong location
i need my refund
also i have proof attached down
