PVR Cinemas — regarding the previous complaint

I am unable to send the details on the provided id @pvrcinemas.com... I have already a complaint pending from last week i complained about the tickets and the choclates thing and a response came from pvr to send email id and contact info on the id pvrcinemas.com but i am unable to do the same... This address is invalid and i am unable to send the details... Please help me out with a better solution!
