[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — show canceled, refund not received yet

I have booked lion king show for 15th aug at pvr cinemas, arena mall, bangalore the entire show was canceled stating technical error, but refund not yet received on this.

I called pvr cinemas customer care, got a response saying would get it refunded within 7 days, it's been around ten days already, raised multiple complaints via pvr app, no response yet.

I had to go to cinemas, paid parking fees unnecessarily, bought popcorn, spent lot of time and money, but couldn't watch the movie. On top of all these, couldn't get the refund yet.
