[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — ticket booked however no confirmation received on email or apps

Hello team,

I had booked 2 online tickets on dt.07.01.2018 for the movie tiger zinda hai @ 09.00 am show. The money got deducted from my hdfc bank account however pvr did not send me any ticket information/details on my registered email (I. E. [protected]@yahoo.co.in) neither i got any confirmation/details on my online app i. E. Phonepe. After some time, i received a pop-up on my online app that there was some technical issue hence the ticket did not book.

Since, i did not receive any confirmation from pvr or phonepe, i had to re-book 2 tickets for the same movie and same show. Which i did as well however this time with paytm app. Again, the money got deducted from my hdfc bank account however pvr did not send me any ticket information/details on my registered email (I. E. [protected]@yahoo.co.in) neither i got any confirmation/details on my online app i. E. Paytm.

Request you to please check and refund my money in my hdfc bank account.

hello what u guys are doing worst experience in pvr app i don't know worst app i seen this i booked ticket at 6:45PM yesterday but still now i did it received any conformation call or tickets or money can reply fast to me and for pvr guys u dont have customer care number other wise give me documents i will buy for you.
