[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — Unable to get refund of my tickets booked online

Address: Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, 635109

I booked 3 tickets for Dec 29, 2016 for movie Dhangal at pvr forum mall, Bangalore. I would like to cancel this tickets as I am unable to go now. Looks like PVR is not refunding tickets sold online which is unacceptable and not justified. My ticket details arw as follows.

Hi,

today i checked my gift card balance on pvrcinemas.com and the balance was 1000 after that i made booking on site but there is some error shown and after that when i again tried thn its saying that insufficient balance
