I booked 5 tickets for valimai through PVR Cinemas on 25/02/2022, the amount got debited from my bank account but in PVR Cinemas app it shows the transaction failed and the ticket was not booked. This makes me to book the ticket once again since the seat is available that i previously booked. In the second it went through all the way and the tickets were booked. I received a message which shows, that i will receive the amount for the unsuccessful booking scenario. But still now no amount received or refunded to my account. Kindly go through this issue and solve this as early as possible.
