    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    Today I booked a ticket in PVR, I made a payment for the tickets through Net Banking.
    The amount was deducted from my account but I have not received any booking confirmation.
    Kindly advise us whether the tickets are booked or not and clarify how many days it takes to get my amount in my account if the tickets are not secured.

        I recently went to pvr mall located in moosarambagh and parked my bike outside the mall like evry other bike parked there, i got surprised by the challan issued to me.
        There were no sign boards which say No Parking.

            I booked a ticket today thinking i am booking the ticket for 3rd April. Due to some issue the ticket got booked today itself. i wanted to cancel / postpone the ticket 3rd April. but they are telling its not possible to cancel the ticket. The terms and condition not clearly showcased by the company.

            but in other online application this was not the case . There i see the cancellation option .

            This is not correct by the company . also when i called them the response was not correct .

              I went for a movie at PVR Pcific Mall Dwarka Sector 21 on March 27, 2022. I ordered for pop corns and cold drinks and paid INR 1, 140/- for the same. And when I asked for the bill, the guy handling the bill took my contact number and assured I will get soft copy of the same. But till now I have not received any bill from PVR. Simply they might be stealing taxes of government by nor doing proper billing.

                Address: PVR, DIAMOND PLAZA, KOLKATA.

                I had bought 2 tickets in PVR Diamond Plaza, Kolkata, for Kashmir Files. The price should have been 160 + 160 = 320.
                Show Timing: 4:50 PM. Date: 30.03.2022.
                I had visited PVR Diamond Plaza in person to book the tickets.

                Instead, they took 470 from me (320 + 150), the 150 was for a popcorn box. It has 15 instant popcorn packets inside it, 10 rupees each.

                I paid 500 rupees in cash and they gave me 30 rupees back.

                I realized that this popcorn was not exactly on offer. They were forcibly adding it to the tickets.

                I asked the person at the cash counter to remove the box of popcorn (and the price of 150) as I did not need it.
                It was not ready made popcorn like they sell in theatres, I would have probably understood if that was the case.

                I was told that, it was an "offer" that I had to accept if I wished to buy the tickets and that it was non-refundable.

                I have received confirmation for the tickets via SMS. It has the 320 mentioned on it.
                But no confirmation for the extra 150 that I paid has come in yet.

                I was told that there is a "technical issue" going on and the proof of payment (via SMS) would reach me.

                If there was an offer, there would have been some sort of display at the counter. There wasn't any.
                At least a SMS confirming my payment would have reached me. It didn't reach me either. Total fraud on their part.

                I am not aware if the amounts collected from the sales of these unnecessary popcorns are actually going into someone else's pockets. Because the packet of popcorn has 4700BCPopcorn mentioned on it.

                I would like to state 2 things:
                Either I received a proof of payment for the extra 150 that I was made to pay.
                Or I get the 150 rupees back (they can take the box of popcorn back. I do not need it. It's unopened).

                I understand and respect that PVR might not be able to process a refund of 150 rupees or take the box of popcorn back (as it's packaged food and might not be returnable).

                But please do acknowledge the fact that the payment was made for the popcorn. If I can receive a confirmation for the tickets, I can surely receive one for the popcorn I was made to buy.

                Also, kindly do not force customers into buying unnecessary things while buying movie tickets.

                I was blatantly asked to book tickets via BookMyShow if I didn't want the popcorn (the person at the counter said this to me).
                BookMyShow charges an extra 60 rupees for these same tickets. I checked.

                I understand that sales are important, but please give customers an option to choose and not force them to choose between No Tickets or Tickets + Popcorn at extra cost.

                PVR has always been well known to give their customers a pleasant movie-viewing experience.
                I have been a regular PVR go-er myself for years. These unnecessary unpleasant experiences is not what I expect from PVR, especially since I've had a pleasant experience with them all throughout these years.
                Today, I faced the same issue at Sapna Sangeetha INOX mall, Indore, Madhya Pradesh where I was forced to buy a ( popcorn + coke combo comprising of rs 149 ) + rs 130 for ticket ( i.e. total Rs.280 for 1 ticket) . I asked the staff that is not reasonable to do so as for a customer it is there free consent or will to buy it or not .
                However, i would definitely try to find its legal solution and take necessary action against such practices.

                They didn't even gave tickets, rather i received a message displaying collectively Rs. 280 as price for a ticket but they should specify it as rs 130 + rs 149 for beverages, it is completely illegal trade practice to recover the losses suffered by the PVR Inox, the only option is to buy tickets online.

                Note : It's my humble request to everyone please raise ur voice against such practices as much as u can .

                  May i know why the cost of the tickets keep increasing? my friend book a ticket for BTS'PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE for 750rs yesterday and this morning it was 1200rs and now it is 1800rs don't you think this is not fair??? we are watching the same screening but paying different amounts????

                    Is there any reason for increase in ticket prices every now and then? like the cost for BTS' PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE was 600rs yesterday and 1200rs this morning and now its 1800rs like may i know the reason as to why there is a change in the prices and why people are paying different amounts for the same screening???

                      Hi, i recently booked ten tickets for BTS live streaming event, each ticket costed Rs 563. my account was deducted with 5630 rs TWICE!! that is 11, 000 in total! this is not a small amount. please resolve this. I am highly disappointed.

                        I tried booking BTS: PERMISSION TO DANCE. I selected the UPI option, the app took me to the Google Pay portal, it was successful and was paid to "PVR cinemas" ([protected]@paytm).

                        After Google Pay showed successful transaction, it took me to the home page and when I checked the bookings section there was no booking and the seat which I had selected was still empty.

                                  The executor didn't let us know the exact seats they said only the highest pay and cheapest were availabe but when entered the entire hall was empty and when we asked why? They asked us to move to the closest row which we booked because the main ddle range wasn't available. Having a conversation he denied the fact that he told us that there were seats available of the middle range. When we request them to move us to the any other seats because the hall was entirely empty. They got rude and we left the hall. Waste of money mood and time.

                                    I had booked a ticket for a movie at Avni Mall, Kolkata, that I was so eager to watch. Before the movie started, one staff came and asked us to shift to some other place just because one family had to be accommodated together. We didn’t want to but had to do that because he was very persistent. This made my whole experience awful as the view was not that good.

                                        1. The AC in the movie hall was unbearable from the start till end of the movie. Worst part is, there was no staff found to complaint about it. It was extremely cold to all o[censored]s watching the movie, especially to the elders, we literally had to leave the hall twice in between movies in order to escape the coldness and get some warmth outside in the corridor. Before pvr took over Sathyam and Spi Cinemas, they used to display a number before the start of the movie - in case of any concern regarding AC or sound, etc. But now nothing but many movie trailers before the movie starts.
                                        2. The self checkout kiosks were very useful while watching a movie over the weekend, when the theatres were almost full. We were able to pay for the food that we wanted to buy and had to collect the food from the counter. But now, the crowd and the queues during the intermission are unimaginably long. The last 3 movies I watched at different PVR screens, I had to miss scenes 5 or 10 minutes after the break ended - not sure why you have reduced the time of intermission while the COVID situation is still very much existing. The queues are never ending that my family and I have decided to eat well before the movie, so that we don't get caught in all the hassle at your food counters.
                                        3. Worst ever management of crowd and controlling the queues. Worst ever customer service ever since PVR acquired Sathyam and other cinemas. Probably it is time to move to other cinemas instead of PVR. Highly disappointed with your services.

                                          I have paid an amount ot 1400 at VR Mall banglore, via scanning through phonepe application, but the scanning time was over and the payment was done from my side. The emoloyee their didnt give us the tickets, and he said that it will refund within 3 days, now 12 days has passed, and didnt received my refund. My registered mobile number is [protected].                                               I received a Voucher, after raising my complaint here on this platform on Nov 27 (pls check the previous complaint for reference from the records of the acc I have here with you) about not receiving Free Popcorn Voucher even after buying the ticket after enrollment But that Voucher is of no use. It's a Invalid voucher I am being provided.

                                              I am attaching a SS of the same as a proof. First it shows not applicable, secondly it shows Flat Rs. 0 Off. (I am hiding the code number for Privacy.)

                                              I am raising the complaint here again to get the resolution as quickly as possible coz I will be booking a ticket for a movie that will be releasing just within one more day and I want to use the voucher for that movie.

                                                      1) missed toss, , , match was not telecast on time as the movie hadn't finished in audi 6

                                                      2) When I booked they only had auditorium 6...later they opened booking for auditorium 5...those people didn't have trouble getting seat on time

                                                      3) lot of misinformation communicated to me that food wouldn't be allowed inside

                                                      4) people were sitting next to each other...no social distancing and no mask

                                                      5) they had a very annoying employee taking pictures during the match and that too with full flash due to which I missed the fall of a couple of wickets

                                                            Hi I'm Shobha from Bangalore, just few minutes back I have downloaded the PVR app to book tickets for thalaivi movie once payment mode comes I have updated my debit card details and paid 467.72/- online and tickets are not booked inserted of confirmation of ticked system poped message saying something went wrong sit and relax will fixed it... Weather my tickets are booked or not to whom I should contact or should I meet manager of LVR GT World mall...
                                                            Since I'm a fan of Jaya Ammaand I don't wants to miss the movie due to the technical errors...
