I have ordered one lemon yellow colour Long Designer Gown for women of Rs.610
from Aftics.com with order No.#37170 but they delivered me a cheap quality pink sari under mentioning my order no. as reference ID & mentioning another order ID as 2872854. They delivered that cheap products from different site named queenget.com while I have ordered from Aftics.com. I have called on phone number mentioned on their invoice but phone is not connecting, even when I am complaining via their website my complaint is also not submitted. They cheated me & they are mis- selling their products.
I have attached A photograph of purchase Invoice in which the seller GST no. And address is mentioned. They are mis selling their products on online platform with various fake website and their is no customer grievances at all.
I want to register complain against that company. Kindly suggest how can I return/refund my amount. I also want to file FIR and took court action on that type of fraudulent company, kindly suggest and accept my complaint application and take necessary actions at earliest.

I just want to complain about the lehenga i received today (15/15/2018). I dress i ordered is totally different from the dress i ordered. Is it possible to return it?. We are really unsatisfied with the dress we ordered. I want to return the dress i received. What are the formalities to return it. Even the material is too bad. It is not worth. I am manisha. I ordered 2 saree. But today i got saree which i didn't order. That is very cheap product. I tried calling mentioned phone number but it doesn't connect. Aftics this is fraud company. But i don't know before this. I also emailed that mentioned address but didn't reply. My order number is 35650. Please help me to return it and refund my money. I have ordered a long gown in queenjet three days back and the product what I received was totally different from it. I have ordered 3 saree through afticas.com at rs. 1745 but i have delivered wrong product than i ordered, and it is too cheap and worst, i received it through blue dart currier but they denied to contact with sender. Hi i had ordered a black colour party wear long designer work gown for women-xl whose order no is #29191 and the delivery which i received was of green sari. I tried calling your customer care number but it was barred. N i had also place an email on your website but there is no answer. I want to get the exchange of the product. I ordered a lehanga of cream colour in fb queenget.com but i received a another product that is saree which is conplete opposite than the ordered i placed through while talking the product i said the delivery boy about this, but he said to complain and said that i will get the product and he took the amount of 850. I have ordered saree by seeing in facebook at queenget.com. They have sent worst cheap saree. It is not the product that i have not ordered. I have ordered two sarees for 1178 but they have sent low quality saree which is not even worthy from rs 100. They dont even have an option for returning the saree. Some action should be taken against these fraud site.

Hai, I had ordered 2 sarees on queenget fashions but I got 2 wrong sarees and one top that are totally wrong products and I was complained regarding mails on queenget but delivery status is incomplete and I called customer care number that also not reaching. I was complained easy return app regarding queenget fashions in that they said that will return your money on 5 to 6 days but I didn't get any information about that site, so please accept my request and asp please clear this issue, send my money back.
