Sir, i have purchased a refurbished iphone 5s - space grey (Excellent condition) but i received the gold colour and also the phone is locked with a password and the battery isn’t charging..

    Quikr easy executive (Sarfraz) had called me at 14 may 2019 and taken my money for ad account activation and he commented me you will get 1 lead each day and when i ask if is not possible then what? He told you can get your money back. But today 29th of may (15 days) till date i did not get any lead in between i try to call even also dropped mail but the are not responding i got one call from quicker another executive mr sushant he told your plan is active as normally you need to upgrade it with 11500,. He extremely forced to give money when blocked him he call me with different different numbers.
    It seems quikr is beg fraud company. Kindly help me to get back my money from quickr

      Please help me I wrote to u before also that quikr is not refunding my money back to me .. But no action was taken by quikr please take action on quikr I called quikr customer care they said that the refund has been processed an refund is done and they gave me transaction I'd and said me to check in your branch but when I contacted branch they told me that till now refund is done quikr is making me fool help me my quikr registered mobile number is [protected] please take strict action on whole quikr team and especially their customer care team...they are talking rudely please help me...

        Am applying in quicker jobs for get a Indigo airlines job
        And then Monika call me. She say me you deposit 2000 refundable security for this job, you take one online test and one telephonic interview . I pay 2000 via Paytm 21st may 2019 on this number [protected] . After that he demand 6500 date 23may 2019 for document verification and told me this is last payment . 24th May they demand 17000 and told me when you make payment we will send you joining latter also they send me e-mail for that . I followed all processer but I not get job and my money at still now.. that prove quicker jobs is fraud and fake...
        Please help me ... I am in big Stress

          Refund amount transfered to bank on 24th may is still not showing up on my bank account. Ad id : 31923403. Please help me get the refund amount transferred to bank asap. I tried calling quikr customer support but got no help from there. The seller cancelled the order, i wasn't at fault. Why troubling genuine buyers who trust quikr and pay in advance?

            I am seller, Quikr Picked up my TV after Cheking the functionality for half an hour and another day buyer rejected the TV. Quikr called me to schedule a return delivery. After they came to deliver TV i checked there was thick lining on left and right side of TV from top to bottom. Totally distroyed the picture quality. I didnot accepted the delivery and called quikr many times. Everytime they are replying diff excuses.
            1) sir we are not responsible for damaged we are only pickup and drop service
            2) sir it is an internal damage, we are responsible for physical damage only.
            3) now they are saying sir our team packed the tv in proper way. Everything was right from our side. We are not responsible for this.

            My TV i bought for 50, 000, and i was trying to sell it for 30, 000 due to need of money. Now they damaged the TV also. How they can be so unprofessional? Not taking their responsibility at all.

            Kindly check the 2 videos before pickup and after return condition of Tv.

              Quikr has failed to refund my money even after nearly 22 days after my cancellation of the order. Its customer care is helpless and is not giving me any useful information. I'm constantly sending emails to which i receive the same answer that the problem has been escalated. I have been repeatedly told that someone by the name of ms zabral jeniffer would get in touch with me to solve this issue. Nobody by that name had gotten in touch through phone or email. What should i do if this disregardful behaviour continues from their side?

                  I came across an ad yesterday so made a call through quikr app only. The name of the person was Sarath Varma Uddaraju having contact number [protected]. He asked me to pay 1000 as security money which would be refundable with my first earning and I did. It was a work from home job. Now he is not picking my call or answering my messages and has blocked my contacts too. I need help regarding this.

                    Is it surprising to see a corporate like quikr deals on complaints in such a way. Neither these mails are reverted nor there is any call from nodal officers towards resolution of the concern raised through this compliant number 746106 raised on 28.04.2019.
                    One of your sales executive / representative mr. Sameer, who is known to me had taken my bajaj avenger bearing no. Ka04 hp 9352, as i wished to sell my bajaj avenger. Said executive is working with quikr as i knew from past one year. Hence, i had handed over him the vehicle and he took over all the documents also from my end, he also confirmed me that he would be selling the same through quikr.
                    Later, even after a month vehicle was not sold then i enquired your outlet executive at hebbal. Mr. Mahesh on 26.11.2018 and he confirmed that vehicle is standing there from nearly a month. Instantly, i visitited that office wherein mr. Sameer was also present at that time and i saw the vehicle in your outlet on 26.11.2018. I had a sigh of relief and satisfaction as my vehicle was standing in quikr, as i had an element of doubt on mr. Sameer.
                    After two to three months mr. Sameer just confirmed me my vehicle is not getting disposed as it is in very bad condition. I happen to visiti your quikr office again on 28.04.2019. I found my vehicle is not there and when i called mr. Sameer, he told me vehicle was in very bad condition and he has taken it for repair to his friend’s place. When i happened to enquire with him furiously and told him i will go to police, he started abusing me with bad words and asked me to go anywhere and do whatever i want.
                    Later i received calls from unknown person asking me to settle it outside and not go the sameer’s office. Whenever, i happened to call quikr, immediately i get call from that person and on 29.04.2019, when i visited quikr office at manyata tech park, immediately after leaving i got a call from that person, when i did not attend his calls, there were strange messages from his end to have talks and get settle this matter outside.
                    When i called your hebbal outlet, i spoke to mr. Ejaz on enquiring about login and logout of my vehicle from their premises, they asked me to contact mr. Sameer itself and they don’t have any records and they denied sharing their supervisor number and whatever issue has to resolved at their end itself. I am left with no choice as i am being afraid of threatens from mr. Sameer and his associate who called me from associate number and insisting me not to go to sameer’s office.
                    I am worried as that particular vehicle is not there with quikr and your executive mr. Sameer is misusing the quikr platform and fooled me.
                    I need a detailed information from the quikr so as to take this case forward, as to when was my vehicle entered the quikr outlet and when was it taken out as both mr. Mahesh and mr. Ejaz confirmed me that the vehicle was in quikr outlet premises for almost a month.

                    Post forwarding this compliant through email, one mr. Santosh called me and had an arguments that it is our personal between me and sameer and quikr has nothing to do with that, he later took me to the outlet manager mr. John on concall and mr. John spoke with lot of attitude and was asking me there is a fund transfer from sameer’s account to my account, wherein mr. Sameer has mentioned as bike amount. I told them i had transfer him earlier an amount of rs.33, 000/- for bike repair which he used some amount for repair and paid me back rs.25, 000/-. Then mr. John confirmed that bike was in their outlet for 15 days. Mr. Mohan and mr. Ejaz confirmed me that bike was standing in their outlet for one month and their manager mr. John confirms it was there for 15 days and as vehicle condition was not good he had instructed mr. Sameer to take back the vehicle. I told both of them on a concall that i just want same thing whatever they are arguing with me to send it over in mail. But i did not receive any mails, later i posted same issue in facebook after which, mr. Sameer visited my office without prior appointment as he had visited to me not in personal capacity but only after me posting compliant to quikr.

                    Mr. Sameer in his meeting told me that he would be giving me back my bike and asked me to take back my compliant, i told him to get back my bike but till date i have not got either my bike not any justification from a corporate like quikr for just giving me the details of movement of my vehicle login and logout into their outlet, even after a month which is a basic control and information available for that level of corporate.

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that i have been getting unprofessional treatment from yaseem, aishwarya and divya at quikr.com.

                      Following is my case history:

                      We are a recently established dog grooming business and were seeking profiles of dog groomers for our flagship store at punjabi bagh, delhi.

                      -i had a word with aishwarya where she promised to give me 129 profiles of dog groomers upon payment of inr 2000. She also communicated to me that divya would send me the excel sheet the next day after payment.
                      -however, once the payment was made, there was no communication from anyone till the very next day where i had to send repeated mailers that i have still not received a revert (You can check the trail mails for the same).
                      -i received a call from yaseem and divya telling me that i am only eligible to get 50 profiles and not 129 profile on the package of inr 2000. However i forwarded them the a mail i received from aishwarya before payment that promises 129 profiles.
                      -after much confusion, i agreed to receiving 50 profiles only. However to my utmost terror divya called me to tell me thaty we have only 3 profiles of dog groomers and she hung up the call!!! Post this, i have been trying to contact yaseem who is the senior manager and he has not picking my calls. I paid for the service on 22nd may 2019 and today its 27th may. Thus, 5 days have gone by and i haven't received any revert from your company and have not received the data as well.

                      This kind of service is very unprofessional and harassing. If you do have have the data, kindly refund my amount. The least i expect currently is a call back from your team where every one seems to be avoiding my calls. Awaiting your urgent revert. Kindly call me at [protected].

                        I had ordered a quikr assured iphone 8 plus which i received on 1st of may, the phone was defective (Camera was not working and the speakers as well and a full charge lasted only for 4 hours).
                        I asked for replacement which was initiated on 7th of may.
                        Its 27th may today but i have not still received my replacement order yet.
                        The whole phone cost me ₹43000, there is no option for refund and i don't know whether i'll be getting the phone or not.
                        I tried calling quikr services, nobody answered neither did they reply to my emails regarding the replacement.
                        Its about to be one month now but i have not got the phone back and there is no refund option as well, i spent ₹43000 for that piece of crap.

                          With respect to transaction id id[protected]. Seller has published ad for selling helios russian lens 58mm on quikr product. He marked as almost new product and in working condition.in actual he delivered lens which had missing parts and completely non working. You have to throw it in the garbage since it can't be repaired. Quikr doesnt have any policy to stop frauds by such seller. Will never buy anything in future on quikr. If you are reading this post, i request you to not to buy anything on quikr as they have no refund policy whatsover the case. You may buy i phone but people can sell you non working. So any functional defects are not covered by quikr. They can't sustain the business of they don't change the policy. I lost 2000 rupees but it saved me from buying expensive stuff through quikr.

                            I was duped by a fraudster for which i have submitted a complaint to local police and to cyber-cell. The fraudster called himself as a indian army personnel serving from agra cantonment. He told he would sell his 2017 model royal enfield 350cc bike on quikr.com in rs.50000 for which he shared his different number on whats-app. This person shared his fake id cards and told me deposit 7000 rs for courier charges to be submitted on paytm: [protected].

                            I mistook him to be a army guy and deposited the amount. No he told me to share my address and he said army postman would deliver my bike by 5:00 pm so i had to wait for his call. He gave me his number as well. [protected].

                            Now so called army post man named rinku kumar called me and confirmed my details like name, number and address. And told me this is superfast army delivery so it will take only some hours and i will get my bike delivered today by 5 pm.

                            At 5:00 pm he called me and told me i have to deposit more money through paymt on: [protected] rs.5111+6111 to get paper released from head office. And his colonel has instructed him to do so and if not deposited he would be fired from his duties. This all was a constructed story and when i asked him to share his details like photo and location he was reluctant to do so. He also said after pulwama incident they have been advised to not do so.

                            Astonishingly these fake guys are still actively doing such frauds from last few years. And still no action from police has been done. Till now their numbers are active and have done a number of such frauds. I don't understand what is police and cyber-cell team doing till now.

                            To my surprise this case already has been reported to police and cyber-cell a number of times however indian army still is getting defamed by these kinds of fraudsters. I wish to get these fraudsters be put behind bars as soon as possible so that such crimes don't happen and people don't get victimized.

                                On 24th may 2019 i searched for a driver in “www.quikr.com” and after filling the details

                                Name :- subashchand kapoor

                                Phone number : - [protected]

                                I got a message from quikr with a list of services providing driver. I talked to one of them named “shiva placement service” – [protected]. They told me to pay rs 500 in advance through paytm and then they will send the driver. After paying them rs 500 they are not attending my call and even blocked my number. So i request you to please refund my money and take strict action against this fraud agency. I am hoping a good response from your end. Please find the attached screenshot of message from your end and money transferred through paytm.

                                  Please help me i did a payment for the product on quikr through quikr secure payment but after payment i reliased that the order is fake so i applied for cancellation.. Quikr refunded my money back to my quikr wallet i applied for refund of my money from wallet to my bank account i provided them my bank details but till now my money is not refunded please help me someone...
                                  The amount is near about rupees 6070 please help me date of incident[protected] my registered quikr number is [protected].. Please refund my money under 2 days... Please take action on quikr...

                                    I sold my double door almirah for ₹ 9000. Buyer came to my house saw almirah and then bought it.
                                    At the time of taking the almirah, quikr doorstep person verified that everything was fine with the almirah, infact he took photograph of it.

                                    Buyer did not take that almirah because it was not going through his stairs.

                                    Now when it is returned back to me the it had lots of damage in shape of dent and scratches.

                                    Door was little out and lock was not working.
                                    Infact it was not unlocking this time.

                                    Issues with the keys as well -
                                    I had given 2 sets of 5 keys (For 5 locks in almirah). Now there were 7 keys.

                                    I am only given ₹ 900 as compensation for ₹ 9000 almirah.

                                    I am mentally tortured by all this

                                    Please help.

                                      Quikr ID[protected]. We ordered sofa set on 19th May, payment was done paid 800 Rs twds delivery..very expensive. In booking site allows seller to book slot on Monday.when seller contacted shifter on Monday morning he denied service saying weekly off. We stay within 5 min distance from seller hence we took half day on Monday to receive sofa up to noon.we were coming co ordinating with seller and in turn seller was co-ordinating with shifter. Around noon both o[censored]s seller and buyer came to know about the weekly off. Our Monday was wasted due to miscommunication and mis management on quikr site.
                                      The pick rescheduled between 6 to 8 pm on tuesday. This pick up has been cancelled by shifter at last moment..my husband had to left early to take the delivery but this was also a loss for us.
                                      Pick up is rescheduled on 23 i.e. on Thursday as there was no slot available on Wednesday, pick up was at 2 pm 2 to 4 slot. But to my surprise the shifter has preponed the pick up at around 12pm and he was ready for delivery at 12:15pm. We received call from shifter in office that they have reached our house for delivery. Here we were not intimated abt delivery time.. customer care had informed me that we will receive call to schedule delivery..but it was all opposite. We didn't receive any call. My husband asked shifter to take back the sofa as we were in office and door was locked. But shifter denied to do so he said it is not his business, he just wanted to empty his vehicle. He was rude. We had to accept the product. We had to plead our security guard to allow them to keep the sofa in lobby..now they have left the sofa. We are now on the way to our home..not sure how will my husband manage the sofa movement alone.
                                      Quikr has failed on commitment of 3rd delivery of payment
                                      Customer care has given wrong commitment of delivery intimation
                                      Ridiculous service by quikr.
                                      We are paying for service and alongwith we are loosing our valuable time, efforts.
                                      If we would have hired other mode we would have in a better condition.
                                      Nobody was available to receive product quikr has to be responsible in case of any damage to sofa.. I will take this up to consumer court and media also..

                                      I need compensation for this. Kindly pay me sum of 10800 + the amt claimed from seller..

                                        When i called here she asked me for documentation process then i submitted my adhar card, photo then she said me i'll send your documents for further verification after that you will get interview call... After n hr i got one this lady on the phn call started taking my interview right away then i disconnected the call but still she was calling me now n then... After all this this lady payal sharma started abusing me on whatsapp... And said that she will misuse my documents
