Quikr ID[protected]. We ordered sofa set on 19th May, payment was done paid 800 Rs twds delivery..very expensive. In booking site allows seller to book slot on Monday.when seller contacted shifter on Monday morning he denied service saying weekly off. We stay within 5 min distance from seller hence we took half day on Monday to receive sofa up to noon.we were coming co ordinating with seller and in turn seller was co-ordinating with shifter. Around noon both o[censored]s seller and buyer came to know about the weekly off. Our Monday was wasted due to miscommunication and mis management on quikr site.
The pick rescheduled between 6 to 8 pm on tuesday. This pick up has been cancelled by shifter at last moment..my husband had to left early to take the delivery but this was also a loss for us.
Pick up is rescheduled on 23 i.e. on Thursday as there was no slot available on Wednesday, pick up was at 2 pm 2 to 4 slot. But to my surprise the shifter has preponed the pick up at around 12pm and he was ready for delivery at 12:15pm. We received call from shifter in office that they have reached our house for delivery. Here we were not intimated abt delivery time.. customer care had informed me that we will receive call to schedule delivery..but it was all opposite. We didn't receive any call. My husband asked shifter to take back the sofa as we were in office and door was locked. But shifter denied to do so he said it is not his business, he just wanted to empty his vehicle. He was rude. We had to accept the product. We had to plead our security guard to allow them to keep the sofa in lobby..now they have left the sofa. We are now on the way to our home..not sure how will my husband manage the sofa movement alone.
Quikr has failed on commitment of 3rd delivery of payment
Customer care has given wrong commitment of delivery intimation
Ridiculous service by quikr.
We are paying for service and alongwith we are loosing our valuable time, efforts.
If we would have hired other mode we would have in a better condition.
Nobody was available to receive product quikr has to be responsible in case of any damage to sofa.. I will take this up to consumer court and media also..

I need compensation for this. Kindly pay me sum of 10800 + the amt claimed from seller..
Multiple times we contacted customer care but no use

    When i called here she asked me for documentation process then i submitted my adhar card, photo then she said me i'll send your documents for further verification after that you will get interview call... After n hr i got one this lady on the phn call started taking my interview right away then i disconnected the call but still she was calling me now n then... After all this this lady payal sharma started abusing me on whatsapp... And said that she will misuse my documents

      I'm BAKUL DEBNATH applied for Nursing job in quikr service. Mr. Kabir sir call me from [protected]@outlook.com website . He told me for getting the nursing job in Apollo Hospital at Kolkata. Than he taken money from my account through mobile net banking for quickr Registration 2100/-. Again he deducted 5100/- from my A/C for security purpose. Now He told I'm not getting the nursing job and money also not refundable till now.
      I'm very helpless please any one help me and I want complaint against to him Mr. Kabir his phone no- [protected]

        Dear mr. Pranay,

        Is it surprising to see a corporate like quikr deals on complaints in such a way. Neither these mails are reverted nor any call from nodal office towards resolution of the concern raised through this compliant number 746106 raised on 28.04.2019.

        One of your sales executive / representative mr. Sameer, who is known to me had taken my bajaj avenger bearing no. Ka04 hp 9352, as i wished to sell my bajaj avenger. Said executive is working with quikr as i knew from almost an year. Hence, i had handed over him the vehicle and he took over all the documents from my end confirming me that he would be selling the same through quikr.

        Later, even after a month vehicle was not sold then i enquired your outlet executive at hebbal. Mr. Mahesh on 26.11.2018 and he confirmed that vehicle is standing there from nearly a month. Instantly, i visitited that office wherein mr. Sameer was also present at that time and i saw the vehicle in your outlet on 26.11.2018. I had a sigh of relief and satisfaction as my vehicle was standing in quikr, as i had an element of doubt on mr. Sameer.

        After two to three months mr. Sameer just confirmed me my vehicle is not getting disposed as it is in very bad condition. I happen to visit your quikr office again on 28.04.2019. I found my vehicle not there and when i called mr. Sameer, he told me vehicle was in very bad condition and he has taken it for repair to his friend’s place. When i happened to enquire with him furiously and told him to give back my vehicle and warned him if not i will go to police, he started abusing me with bad words and asked me to go anywhere and do whatever i want.

        Later i received calls from unknown person threatening me to settle it outside and not go the sameer’s office. Whenever, i happened to call quikr, immediately i get call and message from that person and on 29.04.2019, when i visited quikr office at manyata tech park, immediately after leaving i got a call from that person, when i did not attend his calls, there were strange messages from his end to have talks and get settle this matter outside.

        When i called your hebbal outlet, mr. Ejaz spoke to me. On enquiring about logs of in and out of my vehicle from their quikr premises, they asked me to contact mr. Sameer itself and they don’t have any records and it will be with mr. Sameer, they denied sharing their supervisor number and whatever issue has to be resolved at their end itself. I am left with no choice as i am being afraid of threatens from mr. Sameer and his associate who called me from unknown number and insisting me not to go to sameer’s office.

        I am worried as that particular vehicle is not there with quikr and your executive mr. Sameer is misusing the quikr platform and bluffing me by possessing my vehicle under his custody directly from quikr without my knowledge. As confirmed by mr. Ejaz vehicle still stands in my name.

        I hope vehicle details are captured when some vehicle enters quikr outlet and when it is taken out. If not quikr executives can misuse vehicle of trusted customer for unacceptable activities or for their own benefits.

        I need a detailed information as to when was my vehicle entered the quikr outlet and when was it taken out from quikr (Both mr. Mahesh and mr. Ejaz confirmed me that the vehicle was in quikr outlet premises for almost a month) so as to take this case forward with regulatory authorities, now that i am posting this compliant, mr. Sameer or his associates will try to threaten me, i may have escalate this issue further.

        When i call customer care for any support, they ask me to send a mail whereas mails are not getting reverted at all.

        Needs to get this issue resolve on priority as i need my vehicle back under my possession.

        Hi, Aslam, you have asked Sameer to sell your bike but you did not do it through Quikr platform so we can’t be responsible for this since the deal was done on the personnel front, not on official parameters.

        Three executives Mr. Mohan, Mr Ejaz and Mr. John has confirmed that vehicle was in Quikr premises for one month by first two executives and third executive told me it was standing for almost 15 days.

        So please answer me vehicle are made to stand in Quikr outlets without official parameters ? And your staff members may misuse this Quikr platform for their personal mischief. I need an authenticated revert for this.

          I got a call from quikr regarding job in bank. They say me to pay 1850rs. I pay the amount to them. But now they are not refunding my amount. When i call them they say me we will transfer it only by card. So i have to deposit some amount in my account. I deposit 1000rs. First then i called them then they say wait i am refund it and then 1000rs. Get debited from my card. Again i deposit 600rs. Then also 600rs. Got debited from my card. Plz solve my issue. I want my refund immediately

            I made a payment of rs. 12950 for the purchase and delivery of some furniture on 18th may 2019. It has been four days now, and the furniture has not been delivered yet. I was told to expect delivery at 2.00 pm yesterday, and i was waiting at home for the same, but your delivery men cancelled the delivery well beyond the said time. A person from your office called me on mobile number [protected] and told me that delivery would be possible only on the 24th. I told him to make it on the earliest slot available but he has not given me any specific time slot. I consider this delay highly irresponsible and request you to deliver the furniture at the earliest.

              I paid 1380 and also submitted my work...i need to get 18 k for my work but not even single rupee has been paid and she blocked me when i asker her about my payment..her name is aradhaya rathore and her number is [protected] . Helpline person doesnt even respond to our calls it is completely fraud company i typed 492 pages i wish i can kill them. They just take away your registration fee...it is completely a fraud one...dont go for it...it cheats people...

                I get a call from data type work from hdfc bank the said me pay 1500 for registration and they said again pay6500 for security charges and then they said pay 17000 for job security really fake ap plz don't do this things to customers because everyone is not eligible to pay the amounts and plz pay my charger that is 8000 and the person who is calling me is mr abhishek and he dnt know how to talk to yours customers he talks very badly with me and they always asking for money for the securities poor app and frauds are taking place with many other customers also while taking about my refund the don't talk about that they mam is on holiday bla bla very poor app

                Saturday the 11 th may i had purchased a pakage of 30 listings validity for 120 days which is not valid till now., called your office many times no one is willing to help. my registered mobile number is [protected]
                this does not speak good of your company.

                The product is already delivered at 2:46 PM as per email received or online tracking, no proper reply by Sourabh, Arya or delivery person Feroze.

                Delivery person is so arrogant that he had audacity to cut the call.

                Not sure by when will I receive my product - as promised the same was to be delivered today between 4 - 6 PM.

                  I just registered quicker after then i get call from type and earn it's say we gave u data u just type and after 1 week u can send i m not reading agreement and just sign it and i change internet connection after then they block my account bez i sign arrgement i loss my 4500rs bez they said i[censored] not pay then in u r home u got a legal notice for 20000 charge that s y u will be pay 4500 for cancel the agreement and email agreement and gave me law dhamki then don't believe type and earn it's just fraud company... U wast u r time and money also

                    I order Apple Ipad and apple pencil from a dealer on quikr. The Ad id is[protected]. He asked me to contact on whatsapp (screenshot attached). The deal was of 18000 in which he asked 2500 advance. But after i paid 2500 advance, he started making excuses of customs etc. and took full money 18000 and even 4000 extra. I paid him total of 22000. But he did not respond when i said i got no delivery. He had also shared with me the courier site link www.transroyallogistics.com, Tracking No : DJH[protected] according to which the consignment is in my city Nashik, since 12th may but not delivered to me yet (screenshot attached). He also shared with me delivery man's number as [protected] but he simply does not reply why it has not been delivered. He has harassed me by asking 2000 or sometimes 6000 saying that he will deliver only when i pay him, he took 22000 but did not deliver. Now he does not reply or takes any calls. I think it is an organised gang. Please help me.

                      For a deal of computer cabinet i've paid on quikr and later on 10th of may 2019, i. E. Friday the seller cancelled it due to pick up day issue so the amount of 3089rs i paid got into the quikr wallet, and i initiated refund against it. On the very same day.
                      Later on monday when i called the customer care they said the refund is been initiated from their end today it self and wait for 5-7 days for it to process.
                      Then i called the customer care on 15 may, 2019 i. E. Wednesday about the refund and that time the representative said he initiated the refund just now and asked me to wait for more 5-7 days from 15 may, so when i asked the person the refund was initiated on monday itself, to that person replied in system it's showing the refund is initiated on tuesday i. E. 14th may.in confusion i asked him he said earlier that refund was initiated today by your end so he's said it was initiated on tuesday. Later i again called customer care on 16th may 2019, i. E. Thursday to check about refund initiation, and that time the representative said it's initiated on wednesday, and asked me to wait until friday i. E. 17th may 2019, it will be refunded to account directly.
                      And after waiting for whole 48hrs i called them today again on 18th may, 2019, to that the representative replied that refund was initiated yesterday i. E. On friday 17th may and will be credited to your account by 5-7days. When i asked her to transfer the call to superior staff, to that they replied seniors are not available at the moment but we can provide you transaction details.
                      It's been an hour now and still have not received any transaction id or anything yet.

                        I bought a samsung fridge online through quikr.
                        It was advertised as in good working condition. It was delivered in a truck with the fridge lying down in a horizontal way instead o[censored]pright.
                        We were told not to start it for 2 hours. Because it was kept horizontal all the oil leaked and choked the cooling mechanism. The fridge was not working when it was started.
                        We got a repair technician and he quoted a cost of rs 2500 for repairing and cleaning the fridge.
                        This was entirely due to the way the fridge was transported.
                        I have called quikr several times but they are not bothered and will not even want to take any responsibility.

                          Hello good morning.
                          I thought quickr is a good app.. Which is verified by them and they are advertising a jobs.. But it's a fake.. They allow to help and support a fraud.. I have lost my 1000 rs. By sending them a registration fees..

                            I got a marketing call from quikr in hyderabad for lead generation.. A guy from quikr came to my office in ameerpet, his name is vamshi..
                            He gave all false details and wrong commitments, will all lies and asked me to pay 8000 from the lead generation campaign.. I paid it.. This service is for 3 months.. After that i called him multiple times but he is not taking my call and not responding to my calls.. I gave complaint to support team through mail, but there is not response from them.. It is already 2 months, i didn't even received a single lead, they just told me lies and looted money.. Never thought that a company like quikr will cheat like this..

                            After this i got call from them and they said will provide the leads for what i paid.. From then i didn't got any leads. And now i got a message from quiker that so and so person in some area is looking for services please contact him.. Lol that funny thing, they hide the number like this 970*757

                              The company gave me wrong information and made fake promises and made me pay the amount of rs. 1499 as a premium service attracting me with all wrong things to pay and later nothing is done.
                              The service is worse. Nobody entertains or resolves the queries. It has been 20 days. Nothing is done. They say i will complaint to my back hand department but they also don't do anything.
                              Please look into it.

                                I have bought a laptop from quikr with preferred seller. Ad id[protected]. Transaction id[protected]. Product is in really bad condition.in ad mentioned it in looks like new, but which is physically really damaged & most of the keyboad keys are not working.in specs it was mensioned 4gb ram & 320gb storage, the one i have received is 2gb ram & 150gb harddisk. Really disapointed with the quikr.
                                Spoked with the seller he said, the quikr guy is completed checked the product before shipping, so he can't take responsible for that. If i ask it to quikr, they are saying ask the seller. Seller & quikr both r cheaters😑

                                Dear quikr i have mailed you more than 4 times. You are keep copy pasting the same text.
                                On 18th Evening (Saturday) got a call from quikr they said will pick the product for return on 20th Monday. But on 20th afternoon got a call from quikr they said sorry we can't return the product. Don't know whats going on. Its still going... If it is in good condition or it was as in condition mensioned in ad i won't raise a complaint. Its almost more than 15 days still the problem is not resolved. Really a Bad experience with quikr, will never suggest to anyone & will keep telling the truth on the social media untill the problem resolves.

                                  Quikr one of the most hopeless, incompetent, worthless fraud advertising platforms. Next time some fraud agent from quikr calls hung up immediately. Don't fall for it like i did.

                                  What a mess you guys are. You gave a damn about my earlier complaint, bunch of fools running this fraud company.

                                    I have opted for rto services in bangalore to 2 wheeler ownership transfer. However while collecting money, your agent asked rs 1000 additional saying it is extra cost for remove hypothication which was not told during the call discussion. Hence decided to withdraw your service and after deducting rs 300 as service charge remaining should get returned with in 12-15 days time. However it is more than 1.5 months now and no refund has come. Everytime i ask they are keep extending the time line. Not sure whether i will get my money back or not

                                      There are some individuals posting ads on job portals (Quikr) for airport jobs; on receiving responses, they are asking for an upfront security deposit via wire transfer of rs.9600 post which scanned documents to be sent.
                                      This looks like a fraudulent activity as lots of similar complaints are posted from other respondents.
                                      I have attached copies for your reference, pls action immediately and stop these scamsters from using your website for such purposes.

I paid it's a He told me if not sold money will be refunded.i haven't received any response for advertisement. It's more than a month he assured me money will be refunded if car is not sold.
