I have recently visited one Quikr byke show room, i have met Mr Vijay Store supervisor, i ahve selected Hero-Pleasure 2015 Model, discussed about to close 34k and accepted for 35k, i have ready to go to collect the vehicle, due to there game and wrong information i ivae not able to buy the vehicale, still that vehicle is available in the show room

i dont know the what they are experting, i felt very bad experience with quikr byke

I had spoken to a seller named Kume on Quikr regarding a graphics card and he shared his WhatsApp number to get in touch with him. We spoke about the card and the price details. He said I could pay Rs. 5, 000 in advance and the 5, 000 per month till the total price of Rs. 24, 000 was completed. I had paid him Rs. 5, 000 through Google Pay bank transfer after which he asked for Rs. 3, 000 more for some insurance. I refused to pay that amount and asked him to cancel my order. He said he will do it first thing in the morning (today) but now he is not replying to my messages. I see him online on WhatsApp but no reply. No answer to phone calls as well. I can share WhatsApp conversation if required.

This is Rehan. Yesterday i received quikr doorstep delivery certified mobile blackberry 9630 order I'd. (ODDEL-217669-M3BD) I ordered it in good condition but after unbox the phone i find out so many scratches on screen, volume up and power key not work properly, very hard to press and edges are cracked. Battery is almost dead, phone restarting automatically, The major issue is power button not work max of the time that's why i cant use it. I think it is not even in acceptable condition.tried everything to reach quikr but they are not responding at all. Sent many email no response from quikr, not picking up call.. Quikr is just playing with customers
I sent almost all details to quikr sent many email with all screenshots and even product issue videos still no response from quikr.

So, you are requested to take a necessary action.

Mr.Surya Garya, Sr.Key Account Manager of Quikr Easy, Hyderabad visited us on 25.05.2019 and promised me to provide market leads for my Residential Interior Design Business and promised to provide 8MB banner of my business on their website. I paid Rs.15000.00 through online payment through my bank account. He provided contract cum receipt no: QEZ33639 DT 25.05.2019. Online Payment Id pay_CZl2K1DhsOiSWE dated 25052019.

After that their verification team called me asked my conformation that Quikr team can provide leads for Commercial as well as Residential Interior Design works. I strongly denied that I did not asked for leads for Commercial works as we do not provide that service. Further they informed me my proposal was rejected as my request is contradicting their team feeding. I asked them to return my payment as you could not serve my purpose.
Till Now Quikr team never contacted me. I called them asked many times and written mails and request to return the payment made by me.
Quikr team and Sr Key Account Manager Mr.Surya Garya (Phno: [protected], surya.[protected]@quikr.co.in) do not responding positively.
I pray the forum Please arrange to return the money paid by me as they could not serve me as promised with in time and now I no more required their Service.

I am writing this because I am fed up with the behavior of your employees in Bangalore.

Two months back I moved to Blore and opted quikr RTO service for which I have paid 14K. Now due to some reasons, I was not able to bring my bike so I asked refund.

Its been 2 months and your people are not even replying back to me, if they will reply then the statement is repeated one i.e
"We will get back to you, waiting for concern team to reply."

How can this unprofessional behavior will be accepted.

I dont know whether you gonna act on this or not.

Kindly show some professionalism and help me out.

I got a mail for this kind of Work from home from a fruadster called Sarath Varma (Bangalore) regarding work from home. I got his number and i had a word with him he asked me to pay Rs.1000 as a security deposit which will be refunded with the 1st payment.. he said the his company name is Prodege IIC and he said it was a franchisse.. he said he would pay 100 rs per document which we have to send on his E.mail id.My friend did a google transfer to him and till now he hasn't got the work and not answering calls or messages .. Finally when i called him he started abusing me and said do whatever u want to do and then blocked my numbers and has not yet given the money back my friend payed him thru google pay.

Kindly look into this matter seriously as it is a scam in the name of work from home.

This is in reference with Hypothecation removal of my CAR, I have submitted all the Original documents personally to Nawazulla khan from Quikr and they have confirmed through mail that they have received the same. Its been more than 45 days now and still they are telling it is in process. The team consists of Renuka Prasad, Pramod Kumar, Puviyarasan. They are simply postponing and harassing the people. Please do the needful.

Your employees are contacting and using fraudulent way to make business for quikr. Recently i have put my car to sell on quikr and one of your employee named ganesh chauhan from mumbai location (Employee id 1270) called me continuously to take a service where he would sell my car at my satisfactory price in 30 days or he will refund the money. I did trust him since he send me his quikr id and his personal contact. I thought quikr is a big service name and i can trust this organisation. Later after making payment from the link he has sent me the receipt was for pay per click advertising. Later i didn't got any calls and he himself was ignoring my calls. I realised it was a fraudulent activity. I tried calling customer care but couldn't connect and wrote mails to [protected]@quikr.com but there is no response. I request quikr to refund my rs 2175. Failing to do so in next 3 days i will move further with economic offensive wing or any legal organisation and will take legal action against such fraudulent business.

Maine quikr me accountant job keliye dalata aur quikr se mujhe ek number se call aya ki mai us job ke liye select ho gayi hu aur documents verify karne ke liyee unhone ek watsspp number send kiya muje aur maine us number par mera documents upload kiyaa uske baad unka call aya aur kha ki mujhe interview keliye ana hey aur uske liye mujhe 2200 ₹ pay karna hai uske baad unhone kotak mahindra bank account number diya aur maine uspe ₹2200 transfer kiya uske bad us number se call hi nahi aya maine call kita to wo log answer nahi de rahe he aur watsapp number par call kiya to abhi refund karenge aisa bol kar call cut kar rahe he plss sir mera paisa refund karoo plss

I have got call from quikr stating my cv has been selected for icici bank and have demanded for 2000 as registration fees and then got a call for telephonic interview and got selected and asked for 7000 as training fees and then10000 as they will open my salary account and then 25000 for bond then for which i refused to pay they are now not answering my queries about my refund i want my full refund to my source of payment.

Quikr is a fraud site. Twice i have wasted my time and energy on the site. Twice i have ordered the products and quickr couldn't do the delivery.

Customer service executive is so hopeless they couldnt appologize for the same.

I would recommend to ban this site.

They will take paymentt firstt and will refund after 7-8 days giving thir class execuses.

Better tto deal with olx.

Quikr is completely fake... It gives all our data to fraud companies on the name of jobs etc... People get cheated on the name of job... They pay registration fees and loose their money... After uploading our details we get mails from different fraud companies... And of them is zaistotech... And name of that # is aradhaya rathore... Please dont trust this quikr... It is completely fake... Message in my instagram page zaistotech frauds for complete deatils with proofs... I am going to expose everyone in this scam till i get back my money

Yesterday i received my order of dining table whose chair was broken. I discussed about this damage with the delivery person like what needs to be done now, what is the return process etc he asked to contact customer support. So i called cc like hell and even send at least 4 to 5 mails, but they are not responding..

The company name is bai (Best advertisement interest) and on paytm their name is watch for earn. They said they will provide data entry job, but before that they need registration fee of rs.499. I tried asking for more details but they did not give. When asked about the address they gave me a fake address of rudrayaprayag, uttarakhand. The name registered was manoj kumar.

This is to inform that i have been facing worst customer service experience from quikr.
This is the second time i have order and paid the full amount and yet not getting any update about my products.
Quikr executives will continuously call you and they will be in touch while you are ordering. After ordering no one will receive your calls neither they will respond to your msgs and nor the customer service will get back to you with any resolution.
In my first order after full payment they cancelled and refunded the order because of their silly mistake. Due to which i was not able to re order through my emi card and still i have to pay one emi.
Then i ordered through my credit card the second time. While ordering they promised me delivery within 2 days. After ordering they delayed it to 3-4 days.
After 3 days they told me weekend, yet i have no update from them and no one is responding either.
I haven't ever faced such a bad experience from any company except quikr.

I had put up ad to sell my bed. I got offer of 1400, which i accepted and buyer paid as well. However after i accepted deal i got offer from a friend to buy it for 1800. So i am selling it to my friend for higher price.

I tried reaching quikr several times. They say they will call back. However when they call back i get no response from other side. This is so irritating. I want to cancel the deal and close it.

I have already raised my concern with the subject 'quikr rto is fraudulent' but the status has been changed to resolved, whereas i didn't get any reply. You guys will cheat here as well?? My huge money is lying with you for more than 2 months and i need that immediately. I have sent many emails and calls but no response from anyone. If you are not refunding my 70 thousand this week, i'll raise a police complaint.
