Quikr Complaints & Reviews

I raised two complaints earlier on 16-Apr and 12-Jun. Both of them Quikr said they have closed saying it's resolved. They just give some fake stauts and mark complaint as resolved.

No one from Quikr has called me to refund the money. I was earlier thinking Quikr RTO is the only fraud company. Now, I think entire Quikr is fraud. Quikr RTO services is stil active. Their customer call number[protected] is not manned. The call goes to an automatic voice machine.

I had engaged Quikr RTO on 31-Dec-2018 for an RC transfer. I paid the service charge of Rs 3500 on 2-Jan-2019 and provided the documents to Quikr.

Thankfully, I happened to look at reviews on Quikr RTO and found that there were horror experiences. I asked for a return of documents the very next day. I also asked for a refund.

Since this was immediate next day before RTO open time, Quikr RTO guys couldn't say anything. They returned the documents to me. That was the good part. Imagine my plight if the documents had been left with these crooks.

I have been following up from 22-Jan for a refund of money. They keep saying amount will come by next week. It's more than 6 months and they have still not refunded the money. They keep giving reasons that their payment department needs to process. In this world o[censored]PI and Paytm, this reason is ridiculous. Even Government PSUs are far better than this.

Their phone number is not reachable if I try from my mobile. If I try from another number, they pick up immediately.

I want Quikr RTO to refund the money along with 12% interest and a compensation for causing me hassle.

I made another complaint but they closed it saying it's resolved.

I have placed a order more than 14 days back. Through quickr assured, the seller is not scheduling the pickup and is calling me separately for additional money. I have written several mail to coustmer care but no response. They are not even returning my money. The seller is using quickr assured logo to sell product on whatsapp.

Hi team,

I had ordered a center table on 04th jun and it was cancelled from u guys as the advertiser no longer wants to sell the product.
I again placed a new order on 05th and that product was never delivered. It took really long for every process, i escalated for more than 15 times and finally cancelled the product after 20 (Or more) days as i am never getting it. I was told i will get the refund in 4-10 hours which i have not got and it is been more than a 30 hours for now. The lady supervisor shilpa from bangalore was so rude that i had to tell her on the call that she is working for a cust care and she is supposed to be nice in order to handle the irate customers. Shame to know something like this is becoming one of the booming service in india. I also asked for the call back from the managers, which i never got.

I called the quikr team again and checked about the refund, the agent says the cancellation is never initiated. I would definitely going to share this experience of mine in media as they have never kept their promises and a service like this deserves such shame.

Also, i will be looking forward to twitter pranay chulet in case if my case is not resolved by eod.

Note : i have all the screenshots and voice slips that your agents and supervisors have spoken from the bangalore team.

This is one of the most ugly service i have seen.

Every time i call the cust care, they come back with a whole new story and a delivery date.

They have taken my money and not refunding neither they have given the prouct, pl help i tried to purchase a fridge from quikr.com, but after taking paymemt they neither refunded the amount not delivered the product i am constantly calling their customer support team but nobody is responding, neither in email. Nor.in chat nor. On call, whenever i try to connect with them they give an ivr notification that i will get a call but haven't got yet

April 25th i have made payment and no response or support from rto or quicker and i want me amount refund on priority and i shall walkin directly to nearest rto...

Unhappy with your service and if you cannot serve... Why do you give fate promise?

I ordered sofa set on 9th june, 2019, it was informed that the same will be delivered in 7-10 days, and it’s been more than that but the product is not delivered and over and above the customer care agents are also not supportive.

I am just fed up with coordinating and calling people’s for my product as the amount is already debited long back. It’s frustrating, did big mistake by choosing this site.

Today morning i spoke with one of the guy which he is posted KTM RC 200 bike ad in Quikr application and he is asking 5000 to show is bike and it is absolutely fake ad. And that guy is speaking in Hindi and The owner name says Jaykeerthi and it is absolutely fake ad. Please take necessary action before some will cheted by this type of guys.

I had applied a job for ground staff in airlines.. and than i had recived a message bearing your resume is shorted listed for airlines job as ground staff... with contact no. and than i called to get confirmed it was a lady speaking n saying dat we you need to attain interview and when ur selected you have to pay 2500 for training process.. as far as i know no airlines demands money for recruitment ... i blame quikr for allowing such fake peoples to use their official side n cheat people... quikr u must take an immediate action against those fraud companies who r cheating from ur site...

Sir I had made payments through upi for wifi router product while making payments it shows successfully from my side and in the Quikr app it is showing payment failed and money was debited from my account, I contacted bank they said it was showing successfully deposited to the Quikr account but they are saying we have not received, please kindly help me out in refund of my amount from Quikr, I am attachments of my payments please check sir.

Sir provide me information, in what way quikr gives job. I have mail in [protected]@quikr.com many times but they don't response. So help me. I have paid 1050 rupees for verification at first. In next time I paid 3550 rupees for verification in Labour and Employment department. They said me that after this process they send my appointment letter by courier. But they wants 5000 to open an Axis Bank account through them. When I ask that I open an account in Axis Bank myself, then they said it would not be approved and I will disqualified for the job. They said that they provide the Axis Bank job in my Sivasagar district branch in Assam. So if I open an account in my nearest branch than why it would be not acceptable. If they open an account in Maharashtra, pollabor then it would be problem for me. At first they ask me if I have an account. When I want to open it by myself they refused. I have given one order of wardrobe Ad Id[protected] on Quikr Mumbai online. But Quikr is not delivering that product last 15 days. So I cancelled that order. But Quikr is not cancelling the order and not giving my refund .

Sir I have applied for Axis, icicici, hdfc etc bank. But I have received calls from both HDFC and Axis Bank. For Kotak mahindra bank job Binita Singh demand me to pay 2000 rupees. But when I refused to pay her partner who calls me for telephonic verification she talks rudely. I have found a doubt because she calls for HDFC Bank one day ago from that day. Please inform me about the this queue.

I want to know about is it required to pay some security deposit for job. As I got a mail n call for a job in Hdfc bank but was asked to pay 9500 rs.
Later was asked to pay more amt to get the interview letter.

I first got a call from Ms priyanka to pay 2000rs on 15th June 2019. After which I was promised to get an interview call soon the next day but I didn't get one. Later on 17th June 2019 was got a call from quikr jobs from Mr Akash sharma to pay another 7500/-rs why has I did was given a committment of getting an interview letter immediately.
But today got another mail mention to pay rd 15600/- as a security deposit for syllabus.

Quikr sold out a mobile without checking. I paid money online. but mobile camera not working and Calls not connecting incoming and outgoing also. Its not working i don't know who is the person mobile sold. Please help me refund my money back. Please take action. I am poor middle class so please help me. My contact number: [protected].. Last maine bola mere pas cash nahi hai toh aap mra cash refund kardo but abhi tak koi cash wapas nahi aaya . . So please help me out ...

I have paid Rs.2500/- for getting NOC from rto bangalore for transferring my scooter into Kerala on 4.5.19.After 5 days I forwarded soft copies of all the related documents via email.Now even after 45 days nothing happened.Whenever i send mail for knowing the status they are telling that the work is delayed due to some administrative changes in rto, and will finish the work once it is resolved in rto.
I communicated to mr.pramod, ms.renuka and ms.ramitha via email so many times but all of them giving the same answer.They are not even giving Rto office details.It is unbelievable that works in a govt office will this much be delayed due to some structural changes(who knows the truth)!!! in the office.
Now I am totally disappointed from the great service of quilt.I am going to file a complaint in consumer court against quikr for cheating it's customer and looting the money.
