My name is Divya and i saw quikr add on 2 days back, this person said he having home in Btm and asked me to transfer token advance or INR 3000/- (http://www.quikr.com/homes/listing/1-bhk-fully-furnished-apartment-of-720sqft-for-rent-in-btm-la...⇄ I have transferred and said he is arranging agreement, he called and informed next day he is coming around 1 pm and when i been near to the home his no is not reachable and he was not responding to my calls, in that flat no one is owning flat in the nam eis Debasish Mishra, later ngt he called nd said his friend had accident so couldnt come down, and said today he will come, till now no updates on top he blocked me everywhere. I was out of station so couldnt able to file case, he has uploaded the same pix on olx https://www.olx.in/item/one-bhk-fully-furnished-near-aiims-delhi-ID15yATX.html, i think he s making money like this, such kind of person should be punished, i have written a complaint of bhuvaneshwar police, they said they will check and let me know about this

I interacted with this guy as well and he duped me as well. He is a fraud and he took 5000 rupees from me as token advance. It was for the same property. When i went to the house, i found out that this property is being occupied by the 3 people and is a 2BHK not 1. None of the houses in that building belong to him and he seems to be making money off someone elses property. I filed an FIR against this person in the police and i was ridiculed there about filing such silly complaints. I still insisted on getting an FIR filed. This man must be sent to jail.
