[Resolved] Quikr India Pvt. Ltd. — wrong or non working laptop delivered by quikr doorstep and not returning money | |||||
Ad id[protected] I am rajesh from jodhpur, rajasthan. I have ordered a laptop from mumbai by quikr doorstep on 21 july 2017. Item was one laptop configuration core i7, 4 gb ram, 500 gb hdd listed and model number dell inspiron 3543. I have contacted seller through quikr chat. Seller has confirmed that laptop is in fully working condition. So for security purpose i have done the payment through quikr doorstep. I have received product on 26 july. I have told courier boy to open package then i will sign it. Courier boy told that it is not their policy without signing they can not hand over the product and dont allow to open it. I have rechecked the product and parcel was in good condition and not opened and fully packed. So i have signed and take the product. Product was big box and courier boy returned. And i have go in the room and take seizer and told my wife to video record the unboxing for safety purpose. Product was first packed in box then bubble wrap and fully tapped. It was looking very good packed. When i have opened all the packing material. I got laptop. I tried to switch it on but it was not switching on so i thought may be it is discharged. So i have plug it to the charger but charger light was on but laptop has no sign for switching on. Then i have remove the battery and reinsert but laptop was not switching on then i just saw that laptop sides has no port like hdmi, usb, lan port etc. Then closer inspection i relise that is does not have any internal part only has laptop body. I have video recorded each and everything when i have opened the parcel. Item was different then which i have ordered. It is 5000 series laptop body only. It is no working laptop. I have ordered fully working dell core i7 3543 model (3000 series) laptop. But i got this non working laptop body only. I have contacted seller also. He was also shocked. I dont know he is saying truth or lying. He told that he has sent actual item which was advertised. And quikr boy has not packed item front of him. Quikr boy has told that he doest not have packing material now. So he will pack it in office. Seller got msg pickup confirmed msg on the spot and he was wearing quikr t-shirt. So seller has no doubt about authenticity. And also seller has told me that he will contact quikr office and i should also contact quikr. It was 9 pm. So quikr customer support timing was closed. I have waited for next morning 9 am. I have called quikr next morning 9 am and tell the issue. Quikr support is worst customer support i have ever call. Before order they will treat you like king encourage you to payment on quikr doorstep platform but when problem occure they will only say one thing "no return and they can't do anything". I have explain everything that i was cheated by seller or quikr courier person. I dont know who is cheater seller or quikr boy. But i have lost my money. Bcz i am calling quikr from last 2 days and first they just refuse to help that you have signed courier so no return. I have explained that packet was okay and courier person told that without sign he will not hand over parcel to me. And after lot of request quikr support told me that it is not their consult department and i should mail on [protected]@quikr.com. So i have sent email yesterday 27 july 17 with all video and photo proof at [protected]@quikr.com. But till today did not get any call or email from them other than got an automatic email yesterday saying that your ticket no is [protected]. Then i have called quikr customer support today and asked about my case progress then customer support guy told me that i will get call from quikr about my issue in 2 hour. But i did not get call so after 3 hours i have called them this time one quikr support lady picked the call and lady told me that they have already initiated payment yesterday. I have asked them how can you do this i am calling u from delivery time and without asking to buyer that he has got described item or not. Quikr has intiated the payment. I have contacted seller. Seller told that they have not asked any account details to him for payment and before selling customer support told him that he will get payment in paytm account. If they initiated the payment then he should get it same time. Bcz paytm transaction is fast. I dont know who is cheater quikr or seller or quikr boy. But i was cheated by them. Every quikr customer suport saying new things but their same moto is not helping me. It is my hard earned money and i want my money back. One thing i am surprised that if quikr doorstep guy is genuine then he would checked the laptop before accepting it that what item has to pickup and what was the condition of the laptop. Atleast he can check that it is fully working or laptop or not and at least switch on the laptop once. It is only body of laptop and it is not switching on and it has no port. I dont know what should i do. Now my money is in your hand i have all the proof. You can check ad that seller was mentioning 100% working laptop and different model. But i got non working and different model and without internal part laptop. So please help me and i hope your resolution will be also quiker like your name. I regularly order on quikr never faced such problem but this time i was cheated. I have paid on quikr platform that my money will be secure but if quikr support is this type than it is same risky as direct bank transfer. I hope you will solve my problem quickly and i will get my original item which i have order or my money back. I have purchase item on trust of quikr that if we face problem, quikr will help. Quikr take 2% commission and delivery charges. Then what is the benefit to pay on quikr payment gateway when it is same risky as direct bank transfer and after any thing bad happen quikr will not do anything for you.. If quikr will not do anything and will not do any investigation then and transfer money to seller account. Then scammer will encourage to do more fraud and make more victim like me. So please investigate and solve it. If i did not get my money back. I will never use quikr services and incourage others to not use this website. If quikr really want to do help and want to do things right then please find the attachment for proof or see below shared video link. And see yourself and decide. I have book mobile phone but seller has cancel 10 day over I don't get my money back 28.49k I want my money back

Even i am facing a similar issue, Have made multiple calls to quikr, but they keep prolonging

I made a purchase on 26th july, and the seller cancelled the transaction.
I called up quikr and asked for refund, they are saying 5-7 more working days,
today is 2nd august and i did not recieve the money yet.
please share your contact details so that we can together file a case on the consumer court, I am gathering information of people having similar issues with QUIKR
