I sold my cot on 5th Sep for 2000 and I have still not received the money. The buyer used the quikr delivery option and made an online payment to quikr on 2nd Sep. I then received a mail asking me to enter account details – I provide icici bank account details. The pickup was done on 5th of Sep by Delhivery guys and they gave me a cashback of 250 rupee for using online payment. I have called multiple times now and I have received different responses every time. On 5th Oct, your finance team member Aisha has confirmed that the account number updated is of a citi bank which is not correct. She also confirmed that the bank has returned the amount bank to quikr account.
