faulty handset
Am from kerala. Am order a handset 29 nov 2019. Get 4 dec 2019 faulty handset. I want my payment return 3499ruppees. Did company cheating people always. Sis company website is not responding. Also their customer care is not respond. Their shipping co.. Is also eresponding.. I thought did company always cheating people. Their product is cheap and unusual components.

I ordered apple phone but appletree phone received which was not even power on. To day (26/06/2019) i got the parcel. After received the amount he start to move. At that i asked him to wait, if the product is damaged, please takeit back the product. He told that he has to deliver the product only. If you want to return u raise the complaint and some other person will come. Then i asked the phone number. He gave the following number :[protected].
After checking the product and it was wrong and damaged i called the number and there is no response. Call will go to ivr and then after 30 secs it will cut automatically. So i come to raise the complaint.
Product change. So please i will return the product and refund money
