I have order a meal via rail resto at surat.
It was not delivered to us we were badly dissatisfied all night with hungry stomach.

We have called and spoke to customer care on rail restro, i was told that refund will be done but till date no refund is process.

I want to request and want action to be taken on the same.

    This is Urvashi Rai. I placed an order at Bina station in train number 02183 PNR [protected](B1/7). My order was undelivered and I gave the same feed back on call too. As my order was prepaid please arrange to refund my amount of Rs. 190.

      We had ordered food to be delivered at rourkela station. The order was confirmed from railrestro's end. However, we didn't recieve any parcel. While train was at rourkela station, we called customer care number thrice and recieved same assurance that delivery will happen soon.
      Ultimately no delivery happened, when we called again they said sorry we couldn't make it.
      Because of this rubbish service, we are not having dinner tonight.

        It was not delivered to us we were badly dissatisfied all night with hungry stomach.

        We have called and spoke to customer care on rail restro, i was told that refund will be done but till date no refund is process, i recevied a mail with the invoice of bill.

          Sir my name is AK Singh traveling in train no12212. I booked a meal for PNR no [protected]on 16 jan2020 at 1945hrs.meal was being delivered at Gorakhpur in. But meal was not delivered. I called many times to them always they were saying that food will be delivering on time so don't worry. They are not considered this thing as human need.
          Plz consider it and do needful . So that passenger who are on board not travel without food.

            My order no is 1421310. I have ordered food online at railrestro and have paid inr 173 online. Food hasn't been delivered. Food was supposed to be delivered at bareillyi want refund of my amount. I'm traveling through doon express (Train no-13009) scheduled on 11.01.2020 and the food was supposed to be delivered on 12.01.2020. If i'm not refunded i will lodge a complaint at indian consumers forum.
            RailRestro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I had order food for PNR no.[protected] on 7th Jan'20 for which payment was made twice. I called to customer care and asked for the refund for which they agreed. But till date there was no refund even after multiple follow ups.
            Please process this asap.
            I have ordered veg manchurian combo and samosa as my order. My order num is 40715256. I have paid the full amount for what i have ordered but i gt some idli and parata. I couldn't eat that. Can you please register and a refund. Thank you

                I have ordered one sweet lassi and chicken thalia today from vizanagaram station with pnr no - [protected].
                Delivery guy gave me only chicken thali and when i asked for sweet lassi he told me that he forgot that order.
                And he assured me that they will take quick action against this and refund my money back asap.
                So kindly refund that amount to my destination payment mode.

                  This is to inform you that, i have observed the worst service twice yesterday from railresto.
                  Order no. 7569088 which was scheduled to deliver at ajmer in the afternoon was not delivered.
                  After a follow-up call from me, your executive apologized and confirmed to deliver the same at abroad in the evening with order no. 7575132.

                  The same this happened again, the second order was also not delivered. This is really pathetic, we stayed the whole day without food while waiting for your order.

                  You should not confirm the order and if you accept the order and confirm you must deliver it anyhow. One can not remain hungry whole the day.

                    I place my order no[protected] from new delhi railway station on[protected].
                    I ordered 1 deluxe thali (Paneer butter masala (100g), seasonal veg (100g), dal fry (100g), butter chapati (3 pcs), jeera rice (200g), veg raita/curd (50g), sweet/chocolate, papad, salad & pickle) + 2 laccha prantha. There is missing chapati (3 pieces) and curd (50g) tell me one thing how can i eat vegetables without chapati.

                    Overall bad taste and bad experience i will never ever order from this site..

Breakfast was ordered for supply at trivandrum central, vide order no 4311561 and paid rs 63/- online, through credit card but the breakfast was not supplied. Please refund the amount. Failure to supply the meal is not appreciable.

                        I ordered food with railrestro.com to be served at gaziabad station order no. 584274. They are so irresponsible that they did not deliver the food despite payment in advance and acknowledging order confirmation. When I called up customer care they simply said they pick up call from 7am to 10pm then why they take order after 10 pm when they could not deliver the food. It is for awareness of IRCTC and fellow passengers that please don't order food with railrestro.com...

                          I ordered food from rairrestro through irctc site. Order no-1571140 in the name of rajendra sharma to be delivered in raipur station and it was prepaid. But the order was not delivered so i asked for refund by calling on the no [protected] on the same date of the order.
                          They agreed for refund and said they will refund the money in the bank acccount which they failed to do even after 1 week. I enquired after 1 week and they said they will paytm me as they could not refund in bank. I waited for 2 days and from then i continuously called them every other day and they were dragging the refund. Lastly they said please talk to irctc after 2 weeks. Irctc also do not entertain any refund after 15 days. They simply made me fool by hiding information. Please help me get my money back.

                            Hi,

                            I had ordered food from www.railrestro.com during my train journey @ BHUSAVAL station(Order No: 459044). Order: 1 Paneer Kadhar Combo, 2 Butter ROTI's. The order which was delivered by the delivery boy didn't contain BUTTER ROTI's which was noticed once the food was delivered and meanwhile the delivery boy had left. The vendor from which the food was delivered was NATIONAL ENTERPRIZES @ BHUSAWAL.

                            Order Items:

                            1. Paneer Kadhai Combo - Quantity - 1
                            2. Extra Butter Rotis - Quantity - 2

                            Payment: This payment was done by Cash On Delivery to the delivery boy(excludinng GST as handwritten bill didn't include GST number).

                            I had complaints with the order. Mentioned in detail below.

                            1. The Paneer Kadhai Combo was extremely spicy and not in a state to be eaten by the passenger.
                            2. Extra Butter Rotis which was ordered was not ever delivered.
                            3. Handwritten bill was given which is not acceptable.
                            4. Food bill on the order tracking page on the rail restro website was a blank document.
                            5. GST was demanded from the customer and no GST number was displayed on the handwritten bill.
                            6. Vendor denying to refund the amount back despite degrading the food quality.

                            This is an illegal act performed by the company RAILRESTRO.com and the vendor NOBLE ENTERPRISES @ BHUSAWAL.

                            Due to degraded quality of food the vendor had to refund the entire amount of the order. The entire money has been refunded into mt PayTm wallet. Hence marking the complaint as resolved.

                              I ordered food with railrestro.com (tied up with irctc) to be served at warangal station bearing order no. 138030 for my wife and son. They are so irresponsible that they did not deliver the food despite payment in advance and acknowledging order confirmation. By that time the other food vendors at train left and they had to skip their lunch for some worthless and irresponsible people of railrestro.com. When I called up customer care they simply said due to "technical reasons" they could not deliver the food. It is for awareness of IRCTC and fellow passengers that please don't order food with railrestro.com and request IRCTC to break the tieup to avoid harassment of passengers.

                                An order was placed for vegetable delux thali on 18.10.16 at 0954, Order No74110 in 06009 SRC-PDY SPL which was duly accepted with thanks to be delivered at Vijayawada Jn. Not getting the same at the specified place the matter was taken up with great concern only to be heard a mere apology from them. I am a diabetic on insulin and badly need to take food on time. Unavailability of food created both physical suffering and mental panic.
