Railway Protection Force — harassment by crpf personnel

Dear sir/madam,
This incident happened on 11th of october 2019. I went to chaibasa railway station (Jharkhand) to book tatkal ticket for the train fom tatanagar to chennai. Though the ticket reservation counter opens at 08:00 am, i went to the station at around 04:00 am and i was first person to reach the counter. After me some more persons arrived to book the ticket and by around 08:00 am number of persons for tatkal ticket reservation were around 10. Since reservation counter for a/c tatkal and sleeper tatkal opens at 10:00 am and 11:00 am resepectively, we filled the reservation form and numbered it accordingly and kept it near counter and standing little away to avoid overcrowding near ticker counter. At around 08:15 am, three rpf personnel approached reservation counter and one person named satyendra kumar (In hindi) and s. Kumar (In english) as per his uniform name plates asked " whose ticket is numbered one. I replied - that's me. Then he accused me saying he came first and i have removed his reservation form and replaced his form with mine. Since all others knew that i came first they supported me. Then he kept his reservation form at the bottom. This kind of baseless accusation is not acceptable from the rpf. Whom we will approach in case of issues if they behave like this?
I expect that an action should be taken against rpf person or at least he should be warned to avoid harrassment of common man in future.
