I had already raised a complaint reg this earlier: I Tried Booking a seat in the 2A compartment on train no 11014, the seat is not booked but the amount of rs.1032 has been debited from my account. Its been 7 days from the debited date but still the amount has not been credited back to my account. And very worst customer support from Railyatri, So I kindly request you to check on this and take the necessary action.
