I was booking the tickets from railyatri app during the payment my money got debited from Google pay 2 times my money got debited but ticket not got booked...

I was trying to book a seat in 2A compartment in Train #11014 from coimbatore to Bangalore for name parthiban.But what happened is amount of rs.1032 has been debited from my bank but no seat is booked.

I haven't received the refund yet for the above PNR. I cancelled the ticket 10days back and still there is no update on refund neither i am able to connect with customer care. I dont have any clue what is going on neither i am getting any clear picture on it. Request you to kindly help me to get my refund....

Unfortunately, my ticket got cancelled on 8/2/2022 as a refund was raised but still not credited to my account.
There is no proper authority person to reply on behalf of railyatri.

Sir, today i booked a ticket from jodhpur jn to kanpur central in jodhpur hawrah exp and rs 1428 also debited from my account two times but i am not able to download the ticket from railyatri app and also i didnot get any ticket in my email id so please solve this problem as soon as possible....

My bus ticket was 19 jan 2022, there was bus cancelled by bus operator at that time but there is no refund of my money.can i go to the court for this.....

I would like to inform you that i booked a ticket through the app RAILYATRI .
Its a ticket from DLI to KGM on Date & Time of Booking:19-Oct-2021
17:40:45HRS in Train No. & Name:05013/RANIKHET SPL which got canceled and train terminated at old Delhi DLI which is my boarding station.
and I didn't get any response from their team.
I need a return of my money because the train got canceled....

Booked ticket today booking shows pending amount got deducted rs. 3103. They have no customer care services because they dont have customer care executive. They are fraud and looting peoples hard earned money. Taking advantage of this pandemic.
