Bus PNR- AU[protected], Order no- 4290192. I had booked this bus running from New Delhi to dehradun for 11:50 AM, 07 March 2022, Monday. The bus was cancelled 2 hours before departure which was very inconvenient. I had filed for a refund which after some time got registered(screen shot included). The given time of 15 days for the refund has passed and i still havent received my refund of 820 INR.

    Booking Amount refund

    I had already raised a complaint reg this earlier: I Tried Booking a seat in the 2A compartment on train no 11014, the seat is not booked but the amount of rs.1032 has been debited from my account. Its been 7 days from the debited date but still the amount has not been credited back to my account. And very worst customer support from Railyatri, So I kindly request you to check on this and take the necessary action.

          I haven't received the refund yet for the above PNR. I cancelled the ticket 10days back and still there is no update on refund neither i am able to connect with customer care. I dont have any clue what is going on neither i am getting any clear picture on it. Request you to kindly help me to get my refund.

                          I had booked bus tickets from RailYatri App on 20 Dec 2021.
                          Ticket Amount - 3725
                          Order Id - 4086016
                          Bus PNR - AU[protected]
                          Bus Trip - Amritsar to Ambala
                          Bus Operator - Golden Temple Tours and Travels
                          The tickets were cancelled just after the booking was confirmed from the operator side and the operator called us saying the same and also that the refund has been initiated from their end. But it has been 21 days still RailYatri app has not initiated the refund

                                Writing review on 30/11/21. booked ticket on 29/11/21. wanted to cancel it. Followed instruct on website. Tab for initiating cancellation isn’t clicking. Only tab to track refund opens. I entered details in that and nothing came up. I have recorded video of the same. Downloaded app. Ticket doesn’t show in my orders section since it wasn’t booked from app. Not possible to cancel on app. Called their customer care number which I had to google. It’s cleverly not mentioned in the contact section of the app. When selected railways option on call, says they don’t have enough agents because of COVID. I selected bus option hoping for help. That man told me he had no idea about train tickets but would ask the train people to contact me. No one did. I emailed them, left comments on Insta and sent a private message on insta messenger and FB messenger. No reply since yesterday. The train is scheduled for departure on 1/12/21. Later they will probably say it’s too late to cancel.
                                Pathetic customer service. Refunding tickets is not possible and they advertise as if it’s the easiest to refund with their website. I have tried 5 numbers to reach them and failed.
                                In case they do get back to me and help, I will update.

                                    I had ordered food on 19th Nov from Nagercovil express for the station : Solapur arriving on 20th Nov 11am, but after the payment done, I had not received any information regarding the order, NOR the deducted amount got refunded.

                                          I would like to inform you that i booked a ticket through the app RAILYATRI .
                                          Its a ticket from DLI to KGM on Date & Time of Booking:19-Oct-2021
                                          17:40:45HRS in Train No. & Name:05013/RANIKHET SPL which got canceled and train terminated at old Delhi DLI which is my boarding station.
                                          and I didn't get any response from their team.
                                          I need a return of my money because the train got canceled. I tried to contact them but they haven't responded through mail or mobile .
