I was ticket book on 5th Feb 2021
But some amount deducted in my goodlepay account after ticket was cancelled due to forget irctc I'd and amount deduct in my bank account they send me massage amount will be credited within 7 working days but not refunded amount till date

Kindly update of status and refund amount to my bank or Google pay account
