While booking on dated 21 october 2017 by your token no.396907i had marked from ramkola railway station for boarding but boarding has been given from chhapra railway station. 1-Sir my order id 557924 .cancelled ticket to 29/04/18 but not get refund . Rs 4201/. 2- my order id 447310 .cancelled date 06/04/18 but I dnt get refund Rs 1355/. I contact to my SBI branch he says not to be pending any transaction for this same complain.
