My bill for month of July 2022 was 17700 but now in Aug it has jumped to 41000rs how is this possible bses hauz khas office is really unhelpful.

    I'm writing you this message in order to complain against the company, they have cut off the power supply in DDA Towers in Moti Nagar stating the issue to be a major flaw.
    They did cut off the light for the days 20th and 21st august, They never explained the reason and they kept on lying about when the electricity is going to return. On 20th August, they kept on lying about the time and it came back after 6 hours. Then on 21st August, they again did the same and this time they issued a notice that the light is going to remain cut-of[censored]ntil 12:00 pm to 6:00 am because of the issue which happened took place on 20th. The electricity returned at 7:00 am which is just infuriating.

      My electricity meter runs very fast even after I use less appliances at my home. Additionally we are almost away the whole day and I fail to understand why meter reading runs so fast. I have checked and took image of meter reading for 12 hours span recently. It shows 20 units just for 12 hour duration even I am not using AC that time.
      Please do the needful and correct the meter reading.

          It has been year now but the situation is getting worse. A mass of cable and electric wires are tangled blow my house as there is a pole lying there.
          With time additional wires are getting added and power workers dont give any attention about how they can reduce its density.
          Now wires came so much down and close to the surface because of which it looking so much bad, dark amd unsafe moving in the street.
          Authorities are requested to take actions as soon as possible and work on it because its reducing lighting also.

                We are the residents of D 196 Saket, New Delhi - 110017. There is a high power line which is used to provide power supply to an under construction building D 178, Saket. It just passes through a tree in front of our house and then is balanced on a very weak tree stem in front of our house. This tree stem is very weak and highly unstable and shakes violently during rains and winds. There is a high probability that this will fall to the ground putting the lives of everyone in grave danger. Our suggestion is to either remove this power supply line or make it underground otherwise it is a calamity waiting to happen. We want to know who approved this method of power supply and suggest strict action being taken against these perpetuators

                  I had complaint done already about this but this is still not fixed, please change the streetlights in our street because its too dark at the night and its not safe and also there are lot of drugist or smacks group in the dark area, please do it as soon as possible.

Electricity voltage fluctuation in my area is a daily routine and is very serious it is changing so frequently that even fans, coolers are not working properly these days leave alone ACs.                       I have paid the bill last month for my CA number, however, the same is not reflected in the receipts on my account with the bses. They are seeking for me to pay the amount again with penalty and have threatened to disconnect the electricity supply. The money which I paid has not been reverted to my account and demand for further enhanced payment is now reflecting as pending in my account. Please, help.

                        I have been facing the power outage issues and phase issues for quite a while now. It generally happens that electricity supply is there for all other phases, but there is some issue with our phase in the area. Despite putting up complaints on the BSES application, there are no actions taken for the same and this has been a regular scenario in my locality. After putting up complaints it gets closed by itself without actually resolving the main issue of outage. And if contacted via calls on the complaints number, I am always told to wait, and that it is being taken care of and you will soon get the supply.
                        After so many complaints and after no supply in the area every second day, I have no option to put a complaint here on this forum.
                        My locality is R block Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar.

                            I've been using BSES Yamuna Power in Krishna Nagar Division for the last year. I have a fridge (3-Star rating), a fan, a cooler, and a tube light. I use these many appliances only that too for 9-10 hrs as rest of the time, power is off for the reason being no one in the house. Despite this fact, my electricity meter reads 52 units in just 3-days (Keeping in mind, I don't have AC, Washing Machine, TV, Mixer, etc.). Meter seems to be faulty which reads high and runs fast. It is requested to get the same checked and replace it with a new one.
