I have been falsely charged an amount of Rs.509110.00 for a month after they changed my meter. After complaining to them they said they will not take any action as everything is under their control from judges to court and I must pay the bill. NOW THEY HAVE CUT MY ELECTRICITY! Please take quick action against them and help resolve my issue!

      name after my grandfather Shri Kishan, further on this property also has a temple (Shiva temple) for last 100 years.

            We had applied for pole shifting on 18/03/21 however despite depositing the estimate the work was not executed, luckily for us the payment made got adjusted witb our electric billing over the past year. now however after a year they have decided to execute this request for pole shifting, which is now no longer required due to lapse of time and accordingly we had dropped the development of the plot, yet they have loaded the electricty bill with this amount of rs 2, 19, 304/- we are even unable to pay for the electricity consumed due to this unlawful loading of the bill with expenses for a job that was never executed and now not required

              FREQUENT POWER CUTS

              Respected sir,

              I am residing in street no. 25 Sant Garh, Tilak Nagar 110018. From last few weeks there are frequent uneven cuts of electricity supply. Electricity cuts off in day time (any time) as well as at night time (any time) also and its about more than 1 hour.

              As you are well aware that 10th board exams are over the head and also the increasing temperature of Delhi. We are facing a great problem with current status of power breakdowns. Students are suffering the most.

              So you are requested to kindly look into the matters of these regular power cuts in our area and solve the matter ASAP.

                Dear sir
                A three phase high tension wire of 11000kv is running naked along the boundary wall of our society. There is likely a danger of getting it a short circulated due to the earthing it by the growing branches of trees there. We have to get the same branches at some interval.
                It is therefore requested to get the same HT line insulated.

                  I had applied to change the name on the meter in
                  september 2021 but the name has not changed yet and
                  talked to the customer care,
                  they said that it is not Now there will be no change,
                  so cancel the whole order and apply new but the
                  order was not even canceled since one month and i am
                  unable to apply new order for name change.
                  Ps the help assistant as i am outside of Delhi due

                    I would request them to kindly shift the supporting wire attached to the electricity pole number NZD G229, 3-4 ft. right side from the present position as it is obstructing my house gate thus we are unable to move our cars in and out from the stilt parking of my house. I have been visiting the BSES office in lodhi road for the past two years and submitting complaints regarding the same but no action has been taken yet.

                        Power cut in Uttam Nagar

                        There have been multiple power cuts in the past few days in my locality. Having no electricity for prolonged periods of time causing an insane amount if inconvenience. Why in the hell is something like this still happening in 2022, it's like we still living in 2010. The fact that companies are cut so much slack enabling them to cause so much suffering to people is absolutely appalling.
                        Please fix this ASAP...

                          I live in 14-B DDA Flats, Shahpur Jat, New Delhi - 110049

                          For the last three years, there has been a recurring issue with the electrical supply to our building, which even after endless number of complaints to BSES, hasn't been resolved.

                          Our electricity supply gets recurring power cuts, multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times a day. Many times the power cuts last over 90-120 minutes even after registering a complaint. One of the common timing of power cuts to happen is early morning, between 6am and 9am, when we have to run our water-pumps, cook food, get ready and leave for work.

                          If there's a two hour long power cut once in a few months, that's still understandable. Things break down and it takes time to fix them. We are not unreasonable. But when such power cuts happen every second day, it's extremely frustrating. We are not living in the nineties Delhi anymore, when there used to be hours long load shedding everyday.

                          To add salt to the burn, these power cuts happen only to our building alone, while other DDA buildings around us continue to receive smooth power supply. Sitting in the dark while all the street lights around us are lit up bright, greatly adds to the frustration. The reasoning for this given to us, is that some smart person in the past, got BSES to shift the electric line of our building from the one that supplies to the DDA flats (which our neighbours are connected to), and changed it to the line that supplies the Shahpur Jat village. So we get power cuts, whenever the lights are out in the village while the rest of the DDA flats continue to enjoy a smooth supply of electricity.

                          I don't know where to begin, about how problematic this rationale is. If BSES is saying that, the lower income demographic who reside in the village gets such shoddy and poor service of electric supply, and they have known that this has been recurring issue for years, and still not bothered to find a long term resolution; then I'm sorry, they're being classist and discriminatory. They're unethically depriving the village of parity in service quality that the middle class residents of the DDA flats have been privileged to for at least the last three that I have witnessed this, but perhaps for far longer.

                          Besides, it's not like the village residents are not paying their electricity bills, same as I have been routinely paying my bills every single month. We all are entitled to the same quality of service as everybody else. And when we register multiple complaints about the same issue over and over and over again, it is BSES's fundamental responsibility to find a long-lasting resolution instead of applying short-term band-aid resolutions and inconsiderately letting this issue recur every single day.

                          I have patiently waited for three years before bringing this issue to this forum. But my patience has run out. I expect a formal response from BSES on this and open a channel of constructive communication, regardless of what resolution is devised. Because turning the lights back on after two hours is not a resolution, if it's going to go out again the next day.

                              Hi, my name is Pawan and I'm a resident of West Sagarpur, New Delhi. I've shifted to a new rental accomodate 3 months back. In first month my electricity came up ₹0 coz only 53 units were consumed and in 2nd month it went upto 138 units which is totally impossible because we even stopped using few of the appliances as compared to first month and now in third month it skyrocketed to 309 units with exactly same number of appliances we used in first 2 months. There's literally something wrong with electricity meter installed. I've called multiple times already but no one even visited yet. In such pandemic times its quite burdened for me to pay such bills for which i haven't even consumed. Please look at my concern and take appropriate actions at the earliest.

I have requested many times but they have harassed me every time whenever I used to visit BSES office they have created different issues. They have never told me proper details at a time they have created many excuses every times. I have all the documents regarding to name change in electricity connection like current BSES electricity bill, valid property documents, valid Death certificate of my wife, & valid aadhar card but they are not completing this process. when I have visited last time at BSES branch office they told me that you have to submit IBOND for name change in connection.

                                    I appreciate changing of old meters with the new electric meters which was done at my premises long back. As per Copmpany's special drive, old electric connection wires are being replaced with new yellow coulour wire from pole to the meter in the area. But mine is still pending which causes frequent power break-up due to old wire. It will be a wise step if action is taken on priority to replace the wire at the earliest.
