Myself sampad, I have placed the order through your gateway for your merchant of yesphone21.com, to buy the below smartphone. Regarding order placed confirmation mail or sms not received from your merchant. Amount is credited to your account merchant. I tried my level best to contact your mechant but not used, because all the contact details are fraud. Now i need your help to get back my money back. Seeking your valuable support on this regards. Sir i paid my loan front loan amount 2552 tomaroow. But the payment not recive loanfront please reverse my amount otherwise i get palanty.

I have booked train ticket through Razorpay, and it"s showing "pending from bank" in IRCTC website. But money is deducted from my bank account.

I request either payment of the ticket or refund but as soon as possible. Otherwise I won't be getting ticket again.
We see that the IRCTC transaction with the txn ref: 932011137593 is an unsuccessful transaction. Rest assured, you will receive the refund credit in 5-7 working days. You can check the status of the same here: https://razorpay.com/support/#refund
