[Resolved] Razorpay — amount deducted from bank but not appearing in airtel payment section

Hi i have made payment on 15th april for payment of 4173 for my airtel broadband service bill, but it is not appearing in the airtel payment section and airtel has disconnected my service stating that payment is not done.
Debit card used - syndicate bank

I was booking tickets on IRCTC the payment got successful still the tickets did not got booked . I have already contacted Googlepay and irctc helpline both said its stuck in the razorpay gateway. I have attached both screenshot for reference.
