[Resolved]  Razorpay — debited money

Hi,

Today, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

Sir I booked train tickets from AURANGABAD TO SECUNDERABAD on march4, 2018 and journey date may12, 2018, amount 1200 rs deducted from my account but ticket not confirmed, for this I raise complaint to razorpay there is no updates related to this complaint, please resolve my issue as soon as possible ...thank you ...

M booking my tickets when i go to payment i used UPI to pay but the money is deducted and ticket has not booked . I still send the mail also but a response has come to send the screenshot of deducted amount. I have send tha screenshot after then there is no response regarding this.
