Verified Support May 21, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Sachin, We checked the transactions with UPI reference numbers[protected] and[protected] and see that these are unsuccessful transactions. If funds have been debited from your a/c, you will receive the credit within 10 working days, failing which please drop us a mail on [protected]@razorpay.com and we will have this looked into. May 8 th 2018 i use irctc app ticket booking payment ur gateway bhim option.
rs 1100 is debit my account and amount credit ur bhim account but ticket not booking... That transaction id[protected] pls refund.
