[Resolved]  Razorpay — money deducted but irctc website shows pending from bank end

Booked ticket on irctc amount debited inr 470.49 on 23/12/2018 with transaction id[protected] through g-pay and inr 595.49 on 24/12/2018 with transaction id[protected] through bhim but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The message received from my bank as below:

On 23/12/2018
Rs 470.49 debited from a/c *2002 to razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[[protected]].

And again
On 24/12/2018
Rs 595.49 debited from a/c *2002 to razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[[protected]].

I checked the status of the refund,
it's showing that the transactions with UPI reference number [protected]pay_Bb6LwjJ8ZDBd3y) has processed my refund and will get tentative by 6 Jan.

but in the transaction with UPI reference number [protected]pay_BbUxUramca5IGu) refund has not been initiated for this payment. For which I'm attaching the screenshot of that.
Therefore, I want to know when will you process the 2nd transaction.

I had cancelled two tickets from IRCTC on the 17th of December for travel between Bhubaneswar and Bangalore Cantt.

I had made the payment using razorpay upi, the current status it is showing that the money has been refunded but I have not yet received the refund for the same.

If needed I can share the transaction ids for the same.
